TÀmÀ 5 makuuhuoneen, 4. 5 kylpyhuoneen koti on kÀtkeytyneenÀ vuoristoon Teton Villagessa. Se on yksi harvoista todella hiihtÀÀ / hiihtÀÀ koteihin kylÀssÀ, koska hiihtokeskus omistaa takapihamme. (Aiemmin on ollut kuukausia, jolloin lumisadetta ei ole riittÀvÀsti hiihtÀÀ / hiihtÀÀ, mutta nÀmÀ ajat ovat harvinaisia!) Rakastamme talvella hiihtokotia myöhÀÀn lounaalle, sukeltamalla kylpytynnyriin ja menemÀllÀ sitten takaisin viimeisen raitiovaunun saapumiseen. KesÀisin on vain 5 minuutin kÀvelymatka mÀkeÀ kohti 5 tÀhden ravintoloihin (kuten Il Villaggio Osteria), maailmankuuluihin kylpylöihin (kuten Four Season's Spa), hyppyrbaareihin (kuten Mangy Moose) ja raitiovaunulle.

Sijainti on selvÀsti ihanteellinen hiihtokauden aikana, mutta se on myös tÀydellinen kesÀllÀ, syksyllÀ ja kevÀÀllÀ, koska voit pyörÀillÀ, vaeltaa ja golfia pÀÀasiassa takapihalla. Ratsastus, kalastus ja koskenlasku legendaarisella Snake-joella (nÀköalalla tetooneille) ovat myös vain 20 minuutin ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ. LisÀksi- KevÀÀn, kesÀn ja syksyn aikana meillÀ on melkein aina hirviperhe, joka asuu takapihalla olevan pienen lampiimme vieressÀ.

EnsimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa on elokuva- / perhehuone, boot-huone (hiihtovarusteita varten) spa (poreallas ja pöytÀtennis), 3 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta ja 1 puoli kylpy. Toisessa kerroksessa on olohuone, ruokailutila, keittiö, 2 makuuhuonetta, taidestudio ja 1 kylpyhuone. 3 tilavaa kannetta kolmella talon sivulla antaa upeat nÀkymÀt vuorille (ja meidÀn asuva hirvi!) ja tarjoavat miellyttÀvÀn paikan piknikille kesÀllÀ ja paista vaahtokarkkeja talvella. SiellÀ on yksi ulkotakka ja yksi sisÀtakka, luonnonkivivirta, joka rajoittaa kiinteistöÀ ja johtaa pieneen lampiin. Muita suosittuja etuisuuksia ovat hierontatuoli, Steinway-pianot ja Maurice Villency -kalusteet kaikkialla.

TÀmÀ ominaisuus on ollut ensisijainen kotimme lÀhes 40 vuotta, joten antakaa anteeksi perheen kuvat kaikkialla ja sopimaton hopeaesitys. YritÀmme vuokrata se mahdollisimman harvoin vuokralaisille, jotka tiedÀmme kohtelevan sitÀ kuin omaa kotiaan. :)

Home away from home!

Truly enjoyed our time at this charming home. Within walking distance to great restaurants and activities in Teton Village. House was well appointed for cookouts and offers a number of outdoor seating areas.

Great stay, unbeatable location

Amazing property, ski in ski out in Teton. Working fireplace was great and the game room is a nice touch too. Super minor, but I personally prefer an outdoor hot tub, whereas this one is indoor.

True ski in ski out with convenience and class

The home is a family gem that has been cared for over the years. While there are a few areas where it’s age is beginning to show, the functionality of the space is undeniable. Our large group was comfortable, never felt like we were stepping over each other, and came together cozily in the gathering places.

Family Adventure

Our family planned a summer trip to see more of the area and explore Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. Our group consisted of 7 adults, 3 kids (age 11, 11, 7), and one dog. The home was located in a great location but was hot and messy. We felt it was overpriced for a summer trip. Would not recommend at the current price for summer, but possibly for winter since ski in and ski out.

Great home in an unbeatable location!

We stayed at the house for a family ski trip which included age ranges from 5 to 75. Everyone enjoyed the amenities of the house - en suite bathrooms, large family room for games & puzzles, huge dining room table, and an inside hot tub that saved you from the chill outside. The location is incredible - a short walk up the hill leads to a skiiable path to the lift. At night, we skiied all the way to the back door. Communication was also excellent. Christina was quick to respond to questions (often in less than 15 minutes!) before and during the trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous Family Get Away!

The Conrad home is an ideal setting for a family vacation. We enjoyed this beautiful retreat with our adult family this past week. Christina has the home perfectly prepared for your family to walk in and enjoy. The living space is ideal for cooking, talking and relaxing by the fire. The ping pong table and spa room is great for after dinner fun and games. The bedrooms are plentiful and very flexible to fit almost any combination of guests. Not only is Christina a delight to work with - Kurt is just a call away if anything is needed while at this beautiful home. Christina sent a lengthy list of suggestions for us in advance of our stay which we found very helpful. I cannot stress enough the perfection of the setting and kindness of the hosts! If Teton Village is your destination the Conrad home should be at the top of the list.

Ski trip

Great location. Easy ski in/ski out slope access. You hike about 30 yards into the back yard to access a ski path that leads to Moose lift. We were able to ski into driveway for return. Pretty easy. House is clean, but contains a lot of personal owner’s possessions
photos, plaques, bongo drums, animal skins, etc. It appears to be a property that the owners still use regularly. Hot tub is indoors in a sunroom of sorts. I prefer that. Don’t enjoy the contrast of cold air and hot water. Would prefer a TV in main living area rather than the lower level den. Had Netflix and good internet connection.Only real negative was the driveway. Fairly steep. In winter weather, too steep to drive despite having a 7 seater AWD SUV. Crews came in to clear snow, but this made it worse as it removed the snow cover and left solid ice. You can’t street park, so we parked at the bottom of the driveway and walked up/down. Wouldn’t stop me from coming back, but was an issue. Really needs salt/sand to be safe. Impossible to drive up/ hard to walk up.

The best location in Teton Village.

We just left Jackson, and the whole experience was great. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and its very quiet and private. From the living room, you can see occasional skiers and the lift through the trees. Behind the house is the resort, and we could ski right up to the front door. Walking out to ski, its maybe two minutes of walking uphill, and then you can put your skis on and ski down to the lift. Jackson doesn't have a lot of properties like that, I think its maybe one of twenty or so with access like that. the garage was heated, it was great having a warm car. the house was probably built around 1990. I am sure when it was built, it was top of the line in everything. Now Its in what I'd call 'estate condition', We loved it as is. We found it very charming, comfortable and well equipped. It just feels like a really a special place to be. Excellent for a group or a family.

Perfect for large group

Great house and location. We had a group of 6 adults and the house could accommodate twice that. While the décor is a little dated, we certainly felt like welcomed guests staying in their family home. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of space for both large groups and quiet spaces. When not on the mountain, we spent time cooking/dining upstairs and in the hot tub or playing ping pong downstairs. As for the location, this was a great ski in/out home for our group of experienced skiers. We had no problem with the couple minute hike uphill from the driveway, even with the 10" of snow dumped on our second night. Out the door at 8:50am, quick hike, ski down Way Home, jump on the Union Pass chair and you're in the base village by 9am. As for the ski in, it's even easier if you're comfortable with some light off trail powder across the back yard and back to the driveway. We walked to the base village for dinner twice during our trip and it's a 15 minute walk each way. We were even surprised to see a juvenile moose in someone's front yard on one trip. Great house and great owner communication from Christina. Top of our list next time we visit JH.

Sprawling and plenty of deck space to view wildlife. We had the pleasure of seeing moose and fox in the backyard. Was a great house to relax with our family and friends. The ping pong table and hot tub kept the kids entertained!

Fantastic Location

We really enjoyed the proximity to the parks. The house is nestled against Jackson Hole Mountain. There is even a moose and her calf living in the backyard. A very peaceful setting.

Beautiful home in excellent location

Our family of 10 stay here for a week in early June. The house is very nicely decorated in a private area of very nice homes. It is only a couple minutes from the shops and restaurants in Teton Village. The kitchen and great room are surround by large glass windows on 3 sides. The property has 2 large decks to enjoy the flesh air. The owner gave us direct access to the property handyman who could help us with any property related needs.

Perfect ski in/ ski out house at Jackson Hole

Came out to Jackson Hole with college buddies for a ski trip and booked this house. The house was great and very accommodating to our group. Plenty of beds and located at the end of a road with very easy access to the lifts either taking a quick hike up a boot pack trail or skiing down the driveway and road to the village. Communication with the owner was great and made it very easy for us. Hot tub was a nice bonus after long days on the mountains. 10/10 Would definitely recommmend.

Teton terrific

Spacious and relaxing home in Teton Village close to the National Park and other scenic sights. One drawback is there is no air conditioning and the upper level warms up and stays that way till late evening when several box fans can circulate the cool outside air. Otherwise this was exactly the launchpad for our first ever family outing and provided a wondrous place to be together for meals, hikes and taking in the beauty of the surrounding area.

Such a great house, checked all of the boxes for us especially to accommodate 10 of us. Christina the host was very responsive and a great asset. Also, if you want a truly “ski in” ski out house,” this one is the best. You have to see it to believe it. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay in Jackson Hole

This was an incredible way to experience Jackson Hole. The host was responsive and courteous, house was extremely comfortable. The short hike up to the lift and walk down to the village made logistics very easy for us and we didn’t even have to rent a car while there. We’d certainly stay here again if we were to go back with a group.
