Check-Out Instructions:
Please remove all linens, including pillowcases, from the bed and place them in the provided laundry basket along with any used towels.

Pet Policy:
This is a pet-friendly home (pet fee included with booking). However, to ensure the home is as clean as possible for the next guest, we have strict pet policy. Please do not allow any pets on furniture, including the bed or couch. We also ask to clean up any waste both in and outside of the home immediately. If there are any other pet-related accidents, please clean up and notify us of any damages or accidents promptly.

Pet Fee: $200 (Non-Refundable)

House Rules:
Smoking, parties and events are strictly prohibited.

A violation fee of $250–$2,000 will apply for breaches of these rules.
