Access to your apartment is via the side gate. Enter into the yard and your private entrance with lockbox is available

We live in the house next door and are available most days if any immediate assistance is required.

📍 Registered Guests
• All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

📍Pet Rules Policy
• You need to inform if your bringing a pet
• There is a pet fee
• No aggressive breeds (including Pitbulls)
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment

📍No Smoking Policy
• Smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.

📍 No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Please be considerate of tenants in the other units. avoid excessive noise. Children are allowed however must be attended to at all time.
