Tämä erittäin tilava ranta edessä huoneisto on näkymä ja parveke pääsy kaikista huoneista! Miksi viettää loma paikka, jossa voit nukkua ikkunattomassa huoneessa, kun voit herätä ja kävellä ulos omalla parvekkeella olohuone / ruokailuhuone ja jokaiseen 3 makuuhuonetta nauttia upea näkymä ja nauttia aamukahvia, tai ilta lasin viiniä kun katsella auringonlaskua yli lahden! Alkaen 20. kerroksen parvekkeelta tämän ammattimaisesti sisustettu loma asunto tuntuu näet aina Destin!

Tämä on uusi vuokra huoneisto, täysin remontoitu ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu, 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, huoneisto. Peruskorjaus valmistui uudet omistajat heinäkuun lopulla 2013. Keittiö ja vieras kylpy olivat täysin otettu pois ja remontoitu seinät.

Keittiö ominaisuuksia erikoisvalmisteinen kaapit graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet. Voit nähdä Persianlahden keittiöstä, kun valmistaa aterian tai istua aamiaisbaarilla. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikki utentils ja keittiövälineet tarvitaan valmistauduttaessa täydellisen aterian. Vierekkäin jääkaappi on jääpalakone, niin ei tarvitse ostaa lisää jäätä. Tämä perheystävällinen huoneisto on myös syöttötuoli pienimmille perheessäsi.

Olohuone ja ruokailutila ovat ylpeitä uusista kalusteista, joissa on queen-size-vuodesohva ja parannettu patja. 55 tuuman HD Smart TV: llä on HBO ja muut elokuvakanavat, monet urheilukanavat ja DVD-soitin. Ja koska se on älykäs televisio, voit muodostaa yhteyden suosikki streaming tv-ohjelmat Netflix tai Hulu, jne.! Voit nauttia ateriasi joko paikkainen kuusi kannella tai istuimet kuusi kauniilla kovapuusta ruokapöytä ruokasalissa. Kaikki lattiat koko on posliini laatta, jossa on paksu alue maton TV alueella niin lapset tai nuoret voivat istua tai makasi lattialla katsoessasi elokuvaa, tai iso peli!

Makuuhuoneet ovat hyvin sisustettu viihtyisästi uudet patjat ja säätiöt, sekä uusi matto ja lukuisia tyynyt! Makuuhuoneessa on erittäin mukava king-vuode lepotuoli lukemiseen, katsella televisiota, tai napping! Lisäksi se sisältää 32-tuumainen televisio ja DVD-soitin. Voit istua sängyssä katsoa televisiota, mutta vielä parempaa voit katsella kaunista auringonlaskua kuninkaalta vuode sekä!

2. makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen beds, ja kaksi puoli tuolia REACH-ja vaatehuone ja parveke pääsy. Vaatehuone on pakkaus-and-play (aitaukseen) pikkuinen! 3. makuuhuone on kaksi queen vuodetta, näköala Grand Lagoon sekä Persianlahden, ja oma parveke Persianlahden. Molemmat makuuhuoneet ovat 24-in. TV: n DVD-soittimet. Molemmat makuuhuoneet on myös yötä valot voidaan kytkeä päälle pieniä lapsia, tai pois päältä aikuisille nukkumassa siellä.

Palveluihin kuuluu upouusi, LG täysikokoinen, suuri kapasiteetti, pesukone ja kuivaaja. Kylpyhuoneissa on hiustenkuivaaja, nestemäinen käsisaippua, ja niin et osu mihinkään - Night Lights! Vieraskylpyhuone on amme / suihku yhdessä tartu baari ja erittäin leveä suihkuverho tanko, kuten hienoja hotelleja! Master Suite on suihkukaappi kanssa kehyksetön lasinen liukuovi suihku ovi. On kaksi turhuus Master Suite, joten yksityisyys on taattu!

Tämä 20. kerroksessa huoneisto on Building E, uusin rakennus Dunes. Se on vain muutaman askeleen päässä parkkipaikalta suoraan rakennuksen edessä ja myös juuri toimia lähimpänä 3 altaat omaisuutta sekä rannalla itse! Tämä ominaisuus on 24/7 turvallisuus kanssa aidatulla pääsy ja kiertävä kiertovartioinnin, joten ei tarvitse huolehtia auton tai henkilökohtaiset tavaransa.

Monia hienoja ravintoloita ja paikallisia yöelämän ovat lähellä sekä Pyhän Andrews State Park, joka on lyhyt lenkille, kävellä tai polkupyörällä ajaa pois! Jos haluat käydä Pier Park, se on vain 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Niin, rentoutua ja nauttia ja tuntuu olet tullut kotiin uuteen rantaloman kotiin !!

Anteeksi, mutta vaikka me rakastamme eläimiä, lemmikit eivät ole sallittuja meidän loma kotiin! Tämä ei ole vain meidän sääntö, vaan sääntö meidän Home Owners Association. Se pannaan täytäntöön! Anteeksi! :(

Great Property

We had a great time during our stay. We appreciated the ease of access to the pools and the beach. The property was as described and the owners were very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This condo is perfect! It was extremely clean. We loved the extra touch of having travel size items left for us to start off with. The furniture was beautiful in every room. It was also very spacious. Everyone had plenty of room to themselves. The perfect touch was the huge balcony. Perfect to watch the Florida sunsets.

Fantastic Condo

We had an amazing family vacation. The condo was perfect and plenty of space for everyone and very clean. The beach was perfect and not too crowded. They are doing construction which woke us up early every morning what sounded like drilling through the wall but that has nothing to do with the condo and I am sure will be finished soon! Will for sure try to stay again!

Beautiful Condo!

This was my 17th year staying in E Building at the Dunes. I have always loved staying here, but this unit took everything to a new level! It is just beautiful, and the views from the 20th floor were fantastic! Can't wait to come back "home" to the Dunes, and it will definitely be in this unit!

Fantastic stay!

Mike and Mary were so helpful and kind from our first interaction. Their condo was great!! So clean and modern and comfortable. The views were amazing. Every morning we sat and watched the ocean while we drank our coffee; one evening while it stormed, we sat in chairs on the deck and watch the lightening over the ocean. It was incredible. Thank you for a fabulous time!! The pool and surrounding area was perfect and the ocean and sand were clean and beautiful in this area!

Exceeded Expectations!!

The condo truly exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect place to enjoy a week at the beach with friends and family. The layout and beach decor were not only beautiful, but incredibly comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare any meal and we all enjoyed countless hours on the balcony watching the amazing sunsets and marine life in the water below. The owners were professional and fantastic to work making sure every detail was covered. Highly recommend....don't hesitate....book it now!

Christmas Vacation

We rented this condo for our family so that we could come to Florida and spend time with my son who lives here. The condo was AMAZING and in fact, the pictures don’t quite do it justice. It was clean, updated, spacious, and had the most amazing views of the beach. The 24/hr security guard and gated property made us feel safe and secure. In addition to how nice the property was, it was fully stocked with nice cookware and kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were big, comfortable, and came with linens and pillows already on the beds. We didn't have to bring anything except the food and drinks we wanted. This made our trip hassle free! I very highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Panama City Beach as it’s right on the water and close to everything you could want to do. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful place for our family to visit.

Best condo I've ever rented

My family and friends always book a summer vacation together so it is hard to find a place to accommodate everyone without couples having to share a twin bed. This condo's layout was perfect, four queen beds and one king made everyone happy. In addition, every room has a balcony, so no fights over rooms! The condo itself was spacious and well equipped, even had board games for the one rainy day we had. The only thing missing was a broom, (we ended up purchasing one and left it in the condo so hopefully it will still be there) We also loved that the pool stayed open pretty late and the condo had BBQ pits near the pool so we could cook out and swim. It should be noted this condo is located at the very end of the strip so I found it a lot quieter then other Condos we rented closer to the middle of the strip. I plan to rent this every year if possible.

A view from every room!

This was, by far, the best condo we have stayed. The rooms were big with lots of room for us and our daughter's family and 3 grandchildren. I loved the huge master plus the two extra bedrooms had 2 queen size beds in each room, much better than having bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen was fully furnished with new cabinets and granite. The floor plan was a split bedroom plan, meaning the master was on one side and the other two bedrooms were on the opposite side so you didn't have to deal with any noise. The view was magnificent on the 20th floor, I was hesitate about being up that high but wouldn't have it any other way. I hope everyone will take care of your condo, Mike, as I could see you put a lot of love and time into all your newly remodeled selections. Loved the fact it had keyless entry with our own special code giving us a secure feeling when we were gone. We will be back! Much success with your rental!

Impressively organized experience

We have rented far too many vacation homes over the years to count and without a doubt this was the most organized from start to finish. Even after I missed an important email needed for rental, making matters a tad more difficult, he worked with me without complaint. The Smijds go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and I felt like I could call or message him with any questions without the worry of bothering them. Upon arrival, I patted myself on the back for choosing such an impressive property. More than enough room for us all to spread out to do our own thing, while also having the perfect amount of space to eat and hang out as a family. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely remember this rental for future visits to PCB!

Perfect condo!

If you are like me and read 3000 reviews before you rent a place, please save some of your time and rent this condo! It was perfect. We had a large group of 9 (ages 10-63) and all of us fit perfectly in the unit. We hope to come back soon! Here is a quick breakdown: Bedrooms: Great storage and comfy beds. All rooms have a balcony view of the ocean. Bathrooms: I am a germ freak and I could comfortably be in the bathroom and not be grossed out. Water pressure was great. Balcony: large and clean. Great furniture on the balcony too. Plenty of of room for everyone! Kitchen/living/dining: Nice furniture, clean and plenty of space for everyone to be in there at the same time. Kitchen and laundry room were very clean. All of the appliances were nice and lots of utensils. Pool: Big! room for everyone. SUPER clean. Lots of chairs and tables. We never used the pool at the other buildings because I thought ours was better. There is a great little bar by the pool too. Good drinks and food. Not bad pricing either! Very casual. Beach: Perfect. Elevators: Move in day and move out day they were busy but we still never waited more than 5 minutes for an elevator. Being on the 20th floor is helpful too. Parking: Parking lot is great. We had 3 spots. Never had trouble finding a spot. Owners: Mike and Mary were great to communicate with. They were available with any questions and gave you all of the information you need. They seem like sweet people.

Beautiful, spacious condo with amazing view!

Great location, great accommodations. Really appreciated the thoughtful conveniences from the owner, like laundry pods and dish soaps. Very spacious unit, plenty of room for everybody. The balcony and view were amazing! Loved having a code to get in so we didn't have to keep track of a key for everyone coming and going. We will definitely stay here again!

This unit was extremely spacious and the wrap around balcony was awesome!

We have lived in the Columbus, Georgia area for the past 34 years. We went to the beach for many years with our three sons as they were growing up. We always liked the east end of the beach on Thomas Drive and being close to St. Andrews park. Now that we have grand children we thought it would be great to have our own place at the beach. So, in April, 2013 we purchased this 3 bedroom property at the Dunes. This property is on the quiet end of the beach near restaurants, the state park, and shopping!

This property has everything you can ask for in a beach vacation. In addition to the 3 pools and 1,500 feet of beach, so close to your front door in Building E, you have beach volleyball, the banana boat, jet ski and parasail rentals all right on the beach in front of this building. There is also two, lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, and a fitness room on the complex's property.

But most of all it was the amazingly, beautiful Gulf front views that convinced us that this was the best place to enjoy beach vacations with our family!

This beautiful condo has the unique advantage of its location on the west side, of the 20th floor of Building E, the newest of the buildings at the Dunes of Panama complex. The fact that all the rooms of this condo are situated on the Gulf with the million dollar views and balcony access from every room convinced us that this was the place to be!
