Asunto sijaitsee yläpuolella Turvallisuus Showroom suoraan vastapäätä St. Maryn sairaalassa (jossa Prince George oli hiljattain syntynyt!) ja vain yhden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Paddingtonin asemalta.

On olemassa useita portaita kiivetä tultuaan etuovesta joten pääsy vammaisille tai vanhuksille voidaan rajoittaa.

Tultaessa asunnon sinua tervehtii mustavalkoinen laattalattia, suuret ikkunat ja altistuvat tiili seinän olo / ruokailuhuone. Suuri, hyvin varusteltu keittiö odottaa sinua. Olemme juuri asennettu uusi kylpyhuone pohjakerroksessa, jossa suihku, wc ja pesuallas! Asunto on sisustettu tyylikkäästi upouusi, moderni kalustus. On pieni kattopatio grillaukseen tai aurinkoa (säävaraus). Pyydämme myös, että tupakointi rajoitetaan tällä alueella!

Ylös yksi portaita löydät kolme makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone ja hyödyllisyys komeroon. Kaksi makuuhuonetta varustettu parivuode, kun taas kolmas on pienempi ja on kerrossänky (nukkuu 2). Lattiat ylätasanteella ovat parketti paitsi kylpyhuone, joka on tarjolla mustavalkoinen laatoitus.

Upotettu valaistus on esillä koko huoneistossa. On keskuslämmitys mutta ei ilmastointi. Sellaisessa harvinaisessa tapauksessa helleaallon me tarjoamme sinulle faneille! Siivooja on saatavilla pyynnöstä (omalla kustannuksellaan).

Sinun pitäisi olla osa suurempaa ryhmää, sinulla on mahdollisuus myös vuokrata meidän naapurissa omaisuutta, joka on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 bathroomss ja voi nukkua jopa 12 henkilöä!

Clean property - great location for getting around

I stayed here for a few days with my family, and the location is very close to Paddington station making getting around very easy. Property was also very clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

Best stay ever

Came to run the London marathon; location was perfect!! Loved being near Paddington - such a convenient hub and lots near us! The place was just as described/pictured; our hostess Adrienne was a wonderful communicator and accommodated our stay so well. I would come back again in a heartbeat!

Excellent flat near Paddington

Our family of 3 adults and 3 teens had the most amazing 4 days in London with this flat as our home base. The location is very convenient to travel around the city. Lots of restaurants, stores nearby. The flat is very well appointed and comfortable. Loved it!

Perfect Paddington apartment

Our family (two adults, one young adult, one teenager) stayed at this lovely Paddington apartment for three nights. The location is ideal - incredibly close to Paddington Station and a very short walk to multiple grocery store options. The apartment provided plenty of space for everyone. The separate washer/dryer made it easy to do more than one load of laundry at a time. Although London is often chilly, the weather was warm during our stay, so the fans in each room were greatly appreciated.The street below is very busy, but we didn't notice any noise in the apartment.There are a lot of stairs - 39 from the street level to the apartment door; not ideal for anyone who isn't prepared for climbing, or perhaps ideal for anyone who wants a little exercise while traveling Communication with the apartment host was stellar!!We would happily stay at this apartment for our next London visit.

Great location

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in a great location near Paddington station, which made both our travel to/from Heathrow convenient as well as our travels around the city. There are plenty of restaurants close by also. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Adrienne is a very responsive host. We definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we visit London

Nice apartment in a fantastic location. Close to hop-on hop-off and other bus stations, heathrow express to the airport, rail & tube stations. Apartment was easy to access and as advertised. Our family enjoyed our stay.

The flat was very clean and spacious. Two bathrooms was definitely a bonus. The location is across the street from Paddington station so very convenient for getting around London, There are 36 steps up to the flat and no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage etc up and down. Unfortunately the dryer didn’t work during our stay but Adrienne did supply us with a teapot and tea towel at our request. The bunk beds are only suitable for children,

Bright and Nicely Located

The apartment was nicely located next to a few different mass transit options as well as several restaurants and grocery stores. We appreciated the easy access we had to all parts of central London.

Central to everything and great London experience

We stayed from 9/20 - 9/24 2024. 5 adults. Friends and family... I recommend this as a great location for getting around London as the tube and train station at Paddington gets you everywhere. Clean, comfortable and airy. The downstairs living room and kitchen area were a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. All the small restrauants, pubs and stores near by, filled our needs. The stairs will keep us young and healthy!! Thank you Adrienne and family for a memorable stay.

We loved the apartment! Great location, next to Paddington stop which takes you everywhere and also the express stop for Heathrow. Adrienne let us check in early which was perfect after a long flight from the US!! Walking distance to some great restaurants.

Great location.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, just across from Paddington station. The place was clean,and check in was super great. The only issues that we faced were that the dryer didn’t work well, and that we came in the hottest month of the year and there was no AC. On the other hand, most places do no have AC, but we certainly noticed, due to the heat. We did not care about the street noise, but if you are sensitive to this, it might be an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

1 min walk to the tube, great coffee shops on the way and cute little flat we stayed in. Not huge for the 5 of us but comfortable. We were only there to sleep so no big deal. The washer/dryer wasn't great at drying but otherwise perfect stay.

Lovely Place in Paddington

This property had everything we needed for our family of five to come and go while exploring London. The apartment is conveniently located to Paddington Station, and it was a very easy walk and transfer for any major transportation needs throughout the city. We found everything about the property to be exactly as listed, and we were impressed with its cleanliness. The apartment is spacious, and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out.

Perfect London Retreat Near Paddington Station

This VRBO gem exceeded our expectations in every way. Located conveniently near Paddington Station, this modern and sleek apartment offered comfort and convenience. Three nice bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, our family felt right at home. The property was very clean and nicely maintained. Its prime location made exploring London a breeze, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better stay – highly recommended for anyone looking for a centrally located retreat in the heart of London

An amazing property

The flat was spacious, clean and the location was perfect - only a two minute walk from Paddington. Our family of five found the flat to have plenty of living space for us to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Also. Adrienne was very accommodating during the check in process! Would highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Paddington

We recently stayed here in Paddington and truly enjoyed our stay. The place had enough space for a family of four (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and had all the conveniences of home (washer and dryer). We especially liked its proximity to Paddington Station which made our inbound from and outbound back to Heathrow very easy even with luggage in tow in addition to being a major hub for the Underground. Every day we would come out of the station and be able to pick up food and snacks at the M&S Food/Sainsbury’s at Paddington Station and be back home in minutes. The local area also had many, many dining options and were 20 minutes away from the canals where we were able to catch a canal boat up to the Camden Market. Overall, the location was central to everything my family needed!

Great for a family of 5

The property was perfect for our family of 5. The boys (ages 13 & 10) shared the bunk room, my daughter had a room and then my husband and I had our own space. The 2 showers and bathrooms were great and very clean. The location was excellent for touring since the train and tube are a 2 minute walk. Also very convenient to little stores for quick breakfast/coffee, snacks and close to a few pubs. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location, Location, Location

This listing is all about the location. You'll practically be across the street from Paddington Street Station. There are small shops located next door for quick grocery needs and restaurants nearby. There are quite a few stairs so if you have a lot of heavy luggage or guests with difficulty climbing stairs, just be aware. The listing says 6 and although six can stay here it depends on two people sharing two double beds (what Americans consider full size beds). While there is a pull out sofa that is off limits for a bed. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soaps and this is definitely a no-frills rental. Also, my American friends, washcloths are conidered personal hygiene items in Europe, so bring your own. Much more reasonable than a hotel and again, the location was fabulous and the owner very responsive.

Great location conveniently located to pubs, bakeries and Paddington Station.

This flat is had 3 bedrooms and is good for many people. All bedrooms located up stairs. The flat was sparsely furnished with kitchen utensils, and no shampoo, conditioner, or soap for the shower were provided. Only a bath towel was given to each person, but a washcloth would have been nice so the ladies didn’t stain the white towels with makeup removal. Upon arrival, the shower sprayed water everywhere, and we could not get the tv to work. However, someone was sent right away and both were fixed. There are a lot of stairs-3 floors of them, and taking luggage up and down with no lift was a bit challenging. If sheets were available for the pull out downstairs, that would have been nice. It was clean and in a great location, and it was nice to have fans in each room as it was warm when we went. Maria was very communicative, and left a bottle of wine for us to celebrate my mother’s birthday, which was nice.
