I first fell in love with this property as a kid playing golf at Suntides. Itâs always held a special kind of magic â part history, part nostalgia. My fatherâs business partner once lived here, and the original ranch house down the road still belongs to the family who built it before the land was divided.
Years later, when my wife and I started house-hunting after getting married, we walked onto this property and instantly knew we were home. Over the past few years, weâve rebuilt it from the ground up â restoring the main house, renovating the loft, and shaping the grounds into something beautiful and personal.
Itâs been a true labor of love (and, honestly, a lot of work). Now that itâs finally come together, we love being able to share it with others who appreciate the quiet, the charm, and the history woven into this place.
Years later, when my wife and I started house-hunting after getting married, we walked onto this property and instantly knew we were home. Once youâre here, youâll know why itâs unique. Itâs a very special place with something different in every direction - ponds, creeks, gardens, trees, animal-life, quiet and ultimate privacy.
This has been a labor of love â a restored loft space above our barn, surrounded by 100 year old trees, pond, babbling creek that runs the length of the property and open sky. Itâs private, peaceful, and filled with small touches that make it feel like home. We are avid travelers ourselves and did our best to create a space weâd like to stay. (And we have high standards)
What really sets it apart is the experience: itâs quiet but not remote, stylish but not pretentious, and always welcoming. Youâll feel like you discovered your own hidden corner of the Yakima Valley.
