All new construction, all new furnishings Sioux Falls is waiting for you at this lovely 1-bed 1-bath home .Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, and coffee bar. A very clean home with a cozy living room perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom offer a serene atmosphere with a king suite ,bathroom with large walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Full length, mirror and private workspace. The living room offers a couch beautiful chair, to make you feel right at home Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer . We'll be available to answer any questions we are located on a 3 Block Loop we have very little traffic. A very quiet neighborhood. We are one of the few short time rentals that is licensed and inspected by the state and city of Sioux Falls, which is really easy to do when everything is brand new. We are only minutes from a lot of restaurants, bars, lounges and of course, a ton of shopping about nine minutes from downtown Sioux Falls 10 minutes from the Falls two minutes from the avera hospital and 10 minutes from Sanford sports complex while you stay at Prairie Haven, we await for your arrival also there is no basement or use of garage. Sorry, no parties and no gatherings. We are not an event hall. There are a lot of great event halls in Sioux Falls. We are just not one of them.

I grew up 6 miles north of Sturgis, South Dakota. I’ve been self-employed most of my life. I built commercial properties recently got into residential housing my wife and I. Have been married close to 50 years. I got into woodworking about a year ago and throughout the houses you’ll see some of my handy work. Some of my projects I guess but I really do wished I would’ve got in end too. Hosting with VRBO and Airbnb 50 years ago the guest that we have had each and every one of them just fantastic people. Our guest really are the best I give each and every one of them five stars but they all really deserve 10 or 15 stars

We have the best neighborhood in Sioux Falls. We are located on a large circular private road. We have very little traffic. We are only minutes from a lot of fantastic restaurants bars, lounges little casinos and of course of ton of shopping. We are about 10 minutes from the Falls. Nine minutes from downtown 10 minutes from Sanford. Sports complex were a lot of fantastic concerts happen all year round. And the summer Sioux Falls offers free concerts on the grass with food trucks the sculpture walk, which is really something to see. We are about five minutes from the zoo and a block and a half from a 27 mile bike trail around Sioux Falls so we are really close to everything. We have had a wild turkey this spring walk through the yard. Had one deer and a couple Prairie dogs we really do have the best neighborhood in Sioux Falls.

We are one of the few places to stay in Sioux Falls that is licensed by the state and the city where our homes are inspected and pass with flying colors I might add we have new property new furnishings he is just a fantastic area of Sioux Falls quiet cozy, just a fantastic place to sit back relax play a game of chess or practice out on your beanbag toss
