Description:
This charming two-story condo has a picturesque view of Mt. Bachelor and the Meadows Golf Course. You are sure to find a relaxing time at this delightful condo. Mt. View Lodge 35 is filled with floor to ceiling windows, picture windows, and skylights in the loft, letting you soak in all the sunshine. On the deck located off of the back of the home, you will find a BBQ to meet all of your grilling needs where you can then enjoy your outside meal on the patio with a large table and seating for all. You will find a fully stocked kitchen and a fun dining room table to seat everyone in the house. On those cold winter days or chilly high desert summer nights, you can warm up next to an inviting gas fireplace. Enjoy the 8 bikes that come with this condo, you'll be sure to find something adventurous to do here!

Level 1:
The main level of this condo houses the living area, kitchen, dining, laundry, and two bedrooms. Upon entering, the mirrored closet on your right houses the full size stacked washer and dryer. Across the hall is the first downstairs bedroom with a Queen Bed, two nightstands, and flat screen TV. Next door is the downstairs 3/4 Bath with dual vanity and a beautifully tiled shower. On the left side of the hall is the second downstairs bedroom with a King Bed, two nightstands and a sliding glass door that leads out to the deck with a great view.

Down the last of the hall and on your right is the Kitchen and straight ahead the Dining and Living Areas. The kitchen has all new quartz counters, stainless appliances including a 5 burner gas stove with griddle int he center. A large Smart TV and new couch create a relaxing area with the gas fireplace and the dining table works for dinner and game time.

Level 2:
Upstairs and on the right is the third bedroom with King Bed, two nightstands and natural light with a wonderful view through the windows. Across the hall is the Upstairs 3/4 bath with a subway tiled shower. Around the corner is the loft with a bunk bed and a Smart TV for a hang out space. A fold out chair and an extra mattress are there as well.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill
