Whether you're a snowbird seeking a seasonal retreat, a traveling nurse on assignment, or a couple simply in need of rest and adventure, this home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Our home is located in the city of St. Petersburg (Pinellas County), in an area where short-term rentals (under 30 days) are limited to 3 bookings per calendar year.
Because of this restriction, we primarily offer monthly stays (30+ days). Please message us to confirm our short-term slots availability or see SHORT-TERM AVAILABILITY below.

December through March are available for monthly bookings only — no short-term stays during these months.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking that exceeds our allowed limit of 3 for short-term.

(Note: There are multiple Kahwa locations in St. Pete; guests also enjoy the downtown and 4th Street branches.)

We kindly ask that you respect our home as you would want others to respect yours. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay while treating the property with care.
Please note that we perform yard maintenance every other day. This may include watering plants, mowing the lawn, or clearing fallen leaves. We may also need to access the garage to retrieve yard equipment and tools. We will always notify you in advance before coming by.
We live locally, about 15 minutes away, and are happy to assist if needed.
