Are you ready for four amazing themed bedrooms, three full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, wonderful living spaces, a beautiful pool, and even a game room? Everything is close by: Disney World, Universal , Lego Land, and Sea World. Clearwater beach and Cocoa Beach are approximately 1.5 hours away. No need to share the space with others, this is your own private oasis for your time here.
Welcome to Have an Epic Time at Close by the Mouse! This property has been fully remodeled and you will love every aspect of what we have done to ensure you have a fantastic stay in our villa!

>Three themed bathrooms: Star Wars, Nintendo, & Spa and relaxation for the ensuite master bath.
> Living room with couch, loveseat, and barrel chairs. Cable TV w/ HBO. Games and books for every member of your family.
>Screened in beautiful pool with patio and gas grill for your use. You can add pool heat for $20/day. Just let me know prior to arrival if you would like this option.

>Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

We have been had vacation rental properties for the last eight years and love that our home welcomes families and makes memories for them during their visits to central Florida. We put a lot our ourselves and love into the villa and we hope you can see the attention to detail we provide. We are retired and live about 45 minutes away and raise mini-cows! We love country living and the joy of a simple life.

The villa is only four miles to the gates of Disney World, so getting there is quick and easy. We are just down the street from I-4, providing quick access to Universal, Sea World, Cocoa Beach, and Clearwater beach. Our community is family friendly with play grounds, tennis and basket ball courts and walking trails.

What can we say, we love the parks! Our home represents the best of Disney and Universal. Star Wars, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Harry Potter, Nintendo, How to Train Your Dragon, and the classics, "Dark Universe". We made a sanctuary so you may wind down in the master bedroom and ensuite bath, creating a calm and spa like environment after a busy day in the parks or at the beach.
