- The Owl's Nest - Enjoy a custom LED Sand Art installation that you not find anywhere else that creates new designs each time you move it. 2 queen beds, 1 full bathroom with tub, full kitchen with everything needed to cook, reclining couch, washer/dryer, FREE high speed internet, large TVs in living room and one bedroom, fireplace.

Both houses are located between the heart of Downtown Lincolnton & the retail district. A quick 3min drive to downtown will drop you in the center of many unique local shops and restaurants.

Enjoy each of the Roku enabled TVs where you can add any of your favorite streaming apps. There are also numerous FREE channels provided on each TV and the home has some assorted board/card games too!

For the nostalgic gamer checkout the classic gaming consoles with numerous original vintage Nintendo games including Mario Bros, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Punchout and many more!

Comfortably accommodates 8 adults but kids are welcome too! There is a folding portable crib, upon request, for any little ones that may be traveling with you. Property is fenced in with open access to large common driveway.

There are several different complimentary coffee blends to choose from for the Keurig and there is a standard drip coffee maker too! There is some laundry detergent, various soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner as well. A limited amount of toilet paper, toiletries and paper towels are supplied (enough for 2-4 days depending on guest count).

Just 25 minutes from Hickory and Gastonia, 40min drive to CLT International airport & 9min drive to Combine Academy. There are multiple festivals through out the summer in downtown including Alive After 5 concert series and the ever popular Apple Festival.

Don’t worry if you forgot your device charging pucks as there are integrated USB A & C charging outlets in both bedrooms, living room & kitchen.

If you are traveling with an Electric Vehicle there is a Level 2 Tesla EV Charger available for use during your stay. The charger uses the NACS style plug.

Traveling with an RV, trailer or large service vehicle? No problem. We have FREE onsite parking with access to a dump station. Additional homes available if you are traveling with a larger group and need even more space.
