This dog-friendly, holiday-ready home sleeps up to 14 guests with three king bedrooms, two queens, a twin trundle, and a full pull-out. Two private suites feature ensuite baths — one with a jetted tub, the other with a private deck — and every bedroom has its own Smart TV, giving everyone a personal retreat.
Cook with ease in the chef’s kitchen featuring a gas cooktop, double ovens, walk-in pantry, and fully stocked coffee and tea bar. The dining table expands to seat 14, perfect for shared meals and celebrations.
The spacious living room offers a sectional, sofa, chairs, bar-top workspace, and a 75” Smart TV — ideal for movie nights or OU game days.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis with a covered pergola, dining and lounge seating, propane grill, and fire pit. The sparkling pool (open May–October) makes summer days unforgettable, while the string-lit patio creates cozy ambiance in cooler months.
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no back neighbors, the estate provides both privacy and quick access to I-35 and Highway 9.
Family-friendly amenities include a pack ’n play, high chair (upon request), kids’ dinnerware, books, and games. For pups, we provide crates, bowls, pads, and waste bags — dogs are welcome on the main floor and may join you on furniture when using provided pads.
For peace of mind, you’ll find smoke and CO detectors, fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, and a storm shelter in the garage. Parking for 5+ cars and keyless entry make arrival easy.
Your hosts live in a separate guest house on the property — available if needed but tucked away so you’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay.
