This massive, two-story escape is packed with fun. Enjoy a dedicated Game Room featuring Billiards, Shuffleboard, and retro Video Games.

Welcome to your sprawling, unique group retreat in the heart of Louisville's historic Butchertown! The "Base Camp" consists of two separate, interconnected loft apartments (𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝟯 & 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝟱) rented together to create one massive, stylish space across multiple floors.
𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 & 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀
𝟴 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀: The combined space features six separate bedrooms, providing privacy and comfortable sleeping arrangements for your entire group.
𝟮 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀: There are two full bathrooms conveniently located between the units to accommodate all guests.
𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀
𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀: The main unit features a central social space with historic exposed brick, high ceilings, a pool table, shuffle board, video games, and more! The second unit provides a comfortable, additional lounge space.
𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 & 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: A fully equipped kitchen is available for meal preparation, alongside designated dining areas for group meals and gatherings.
𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 & 𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀
𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼: A private outdoor patio space is available for guests to relax and enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere.
𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆: For your convenience, on-site laundry (washer and dryer) is available for guest use.
𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀
𝗔𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳-𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: : Guests enjoy the rare luxury of two dedicated off-street parking spots in the private lot behind the building, plus free street parking is readily available in front.
𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: : The entire property is accessed securely through a back gate, leading directly to the off-street parking and the stair access to both loft apartments.
Guest access
Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire "Bourbon Trail Base Camp," which includes both Unit 3 and Unit 5 apartments. This means access to all 8 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the combined living spaces, and the outdoor patio.
𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆: Guests utilize a secure, self-check-in process through a back gate leading to the units.
𝗗𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Exclusive use of two off-street parking spots in the rear lot is included.
𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆: Complimentary use of the on-site washer and dryer.
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout both units.
