This expansive loft features an open-concept living area anchored by a dramatic spiral staircase that leads to the Upper Gallery bedrooms and bath. Century-old hardwood floors and curated artwork echo the creative spirit of Rochester’s Neighborhood of the Arts, while modern granite surfaces and designer furnishings bring in a contemporary edge.
A full chef’s kitchen, complete with granite countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave, makes entertaining effortless. The spacious lounge includes a plush seating area and an extra-large cinema TV, perfect for unwinding with premium streaming and cable.
Upstairs, the private bath offers a deep soaking tub and dual rainfall shower heads, while two bedroom retreats—each featuring a luxurious king bed—are tucked away for comfort and quiet. A pull-out sofa in the main living area expands sleeping capacity, allowing the loft to host up to six guests with ease.

Don't worry, you have your very own private apartment nicely tucked away from the action, but you just may run into one of our guest stars who commonly stay in the building while filming! The lofts also feature props from the show as well as artifacts from Rochester film making history!
