Inside, the apartment is flooded with natural light, highlighting its generous proportions and thoughtful layout. The six bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, ensuring every guest enjoys comfort and privacy, while the four bathrooms provide ample facilities for larger groups. The spacious common areas have been designed to create a welcoming atmosphere for gathering and relaxation. To ensure a smooth and secure stay, please note the reservation and house rules. A €500 security deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the apartment is left in good condition and all house rules are respected. The deposit must be paid via credit card (American Express not accepted) through a secure link provided before arrival. In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per adult per night will also be charged through a secure link. All guests must complete an online check-in, which includes guest registration and signing the house rules before arrival.
Check-in is officially between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, and guests must communicate their arrival time in advance to ensure smooth coordination. Check-out is by 11:00 am. For arrivals outside standard check-in hours, additional fees apply: €40 after 6:00 pm, €60 after 8:00 pm, €80 between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm, and €100 for arrivals after 11:00 pm, subject to availability.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the noise regulations of the building. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, and parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited in the apartment, rooftop, or building entrance. A decibel monitor is installed to help ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Violations will result in a €100 penalty for cleaning and deodorization.
For security reasons, the street and building doors must always be closed properly, and access should not be granted to non-guests. Lost keys will incur a €150 replacement fee, and additional charges may apply depending on the time of assistance required. Trash must not be left in common areas; it should be sealed in bags and disposed of in the street containers in front of the entrance between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Air conditioning should only be used with windows and balconies closed, and lights and AC must be turned off when leaving the apartment to save energy.
The apartment is delivered in pristine condition, with clean linens, towels, and basic cleaning products provided as part of a thoughtful Welcome Pack. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour emergency assistance, and baby cots and high chairs available upon request. The cleaning team uses disinfectant products approved by the Ministry of Health to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for every guest.
Failure to comply with the house rules or contractual terms may result in immediate contract termination, forfeiture of the deposit and reservation payment, and expulsion from the property. This includes smoking in the apartment, unauthorized parties, or excessive noise that disturbs neighbors.
