Windrose Vacation Rental on yhden makuuhuoneen, 1. 5 kylpyhuoneen sviitti, jossa on olohuone, keittokomero, oleskelualue ja vaatehuone. Se sijaitsee 3500 neliöjalkan eurooppalaisen tyylin kodin alemmalla tasolla. Se on täydellinen pariskunnalle, joka käy Oregonin premierviinimaassa (yli 70 viinitilaa 5 mailin säteellä!), keskeisellä paikalla moniin Oregonin klassisiin nähtävyyksiin (Oregonin rannikko 1 tunnin päässä, Columbia-joen rotko ja vaellus 1. 5 tunnin päässä, Mt. Voit ottaa lasillisen viiniä ja kävellä lenkkireitin alas puroon. Sisällä sinulla on TV, iPhone-asema, joten voit kytkeä Pandoran pistorasiaan, kävellä kaappiin, keittolevy ruoanlaittoon, oleskelualue lukemiseen, ruokapöytä ja tuolit. Lynn is an amazing host. We arrived she came out to meet us immediately and introduce us to the room and property. She also researched excursions we were looking into before our arrival. The apartment is well furnished and very comfortable. The bed and bedding was also very comfortable which is not always the case. Newberg is lovely and we would love to stay with Lynn and Abby in the future.

Nice place, very private setting. Close to wine country.

We enjoyed our stay and Lynn was very hospitable. The rooms were quiet and the location was good for wine tasting and exploring the Portland area.

Wine Country Visit

Wine tasting weekend

My husband & I stayed here for a birthday weekend get away. It was super convenient to so many wineries and close to many great restaurants too. The place was perfect for the two of us. It was nice & clean & the bed was comfortable. We would love to stay again & hopefully have better weather next time so we can enjoy the beautiful grounds.

Winery Tours

Lynn is a fabulous hostess with a beautiful property in a perfect location for winery visits. The back patio is covered and totally private with a garden view, two comfortable chairs and a table. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Really nice little place

We were in Newberg for a family members college graduation and really enjoyed our time here. The place was just right for my wife and I. We were out and about much of the time with family obligations but the time spent was very nice. thank you

Great stay

This place was perfect. It was exactly how it appeared on the listing. Lynn has thought of everything to make this property comfortable, even snacks, coffee and creamer. The location was close to all of the different wineries. Would definitely recommend.

Beyond expectation

Excellent place, location, private but yet close to the shopping area and sightseeing places, and Lynn was an amazing hostess. It was a very confortable place to stay and could not find anything to complaint for the 2 months we stayed. Will definitely come back if in Newberg and highly recommend for couples.

Comfortable room with a view!

Lynn was a very welcoming and attentive host. The apartment, a daylight basement with windows allowing a nice view of the beautiful forrest like setting, was extremely clean and very comfy. There is even an extra half bath which came in handy when family stopped by.

Spoiled relaxation

Be prepared to be spoiled. We arrived to find goodies and a partially stocked refrigerator. Lynn, even made baked zucchini bread from her garden. Who does that, an excellent host who knows that even the smallest things matter! A very relaxing retreat.

Perfect Spot to Land

My husband and I had the pleasure to stay here to attend our daughter's wedding being held at a local winery. It is just perfect! Everything was comfortable and quiet. I especially loved the extra bathroom. It came in quite handy while getting ready for the wedding. We will come back if we visit the area again.

The Host (Lynn) was very helpful in identifying "go-to" locations such as wineries, restaurants, and local hotspots in the Willamette Valley area. The location is perfect for relaxing and was very clean and quiet. The property borders a wooded area and had a nice patio (with firepit) for winding down from a day's activities. We will definitely stay at Lynn's residence when back in the OR wine country.

Very enjoyable weekend in Oregon wine country.

Lynn has set up a very nice unit i her Wildrose conference center. Nice outdoor space where you can sit out in the evenings and listen to the birds. And the new king bed is great. Great wine and food close bye. Bob& Susan Wilmington, Delaware

This property is a lovely retreat

I live locally and rented this property for a visiting relative. She enjoyed the private and serene location. The property is like a retreat with multiple sitting areas and lush garden areas with a walking trail. The host provided extra treats little snack size treats that we appreciated after a long day of travelling. The property is perfectly situated with close proximity to wine country and the Oregon Coast.

Fantastic and serene

The property is beautifully situated on a 1+ acre lot and magnificently landscaped and cared for. The location is perfect and close to all the best vineyards in the Willamette valley. The king sized bed is very comfy and we had everything we could ever need during our stay. The innkeeper Lynn and her sweet dog Abby were delightful and friendly. We will be back, thank you Lynn and Abby! Cannot recommend this home strongly enough.

A beautiful eventful gathering!

We enjoyed a 5 star experience at Windrose and will return again! Lynn was such a gracious host, the event space was beautiful and the grounds smelled of grapes which was a delightful treat! I also really enjoyed the apartment, the view, furnishings and over all feel of the space was very relaxing! We visit Newberg a lot and look forward to our next stay! Thank you Lynn.

I purchased the Windrose property in 2001 to start my dream of owning and operating a Meeting and Event space. My dream came true in 2003 when I opened Windrose Conference and Meeting Center. Since starting my business, I have seen a huge upsurge in business so I decided to start the vacation rental because Newberg has become a destination area and tourism is booming. It has been very exciting to see the success of the vacation rental as it has only been open since fall of 2013, but I have a great space, a wild back area that I find fascinating with all the wildlife, and me and my dog, Abby, get to live here too!

I wanted to be in Yamhill County. The huge popularity in the wine country was just getting going but I had a feeling that it was going to explode soon. I was right. Newberg still has the small town feel but it is growing and it was a perfect place to start a business.

The European style home, the colors, the creek, the wildlife, and the business were what drew me to this property, but I have found that the trail to the creek and the bonfires that I have down there makes me never want to leave. I have my own kind of wild paradise right here!
