The kitchen is sleek and fully stocked, perfect for everything from takeout tacos to a home-cooked dinner.
Both bedrooms are designed with rest in mind. The primary suite features a king bed and corner windows that fill the space with daylight, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and cozy simplicity — making it easy for everyone to feel at home. Two full bathrooms mean no waiting, and each detail has been chosen with comfort in mind.
From here, you’re close enough to enjoy the best of Nashville but tucked into a neighborhood that makes it easy to breathe between adventures.

✶ Pool and Gym: Take a dip in the pool (The pool is open all year and is regularly serviced especially from May to October 31) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily or stay fit with the 24/7 gym.

✶ West End is a well-established, peaceful neighborhood, only an 8-minute drive to the vibrant hustle and bustle of Broadway.
✶ Vanderbilt University and Medical Center is a short 5-minute drive away, providing convenience for students, visitors, parents, and professionals.
✶ Within walking distance, you can visit the iconic Parthenon, Centennial Park, and Taylor Swift`s bench; you can go to a Vanderbilt Basketball game, see live music and grab drinks at The Local, or enjoy lunch or dinner at Bricktop`s restaurant. Tito`s Mexican restaurant will open in Spring 2025 on the first floor of the Odyssey`s building.
✶ Enjoy delicious Mexican cuisine at Tito`s Mexican Restaurant, conveniently located on the street level. With a vibrant atmosphere and flavorful dishes, it`s the perfect spot to grab a bite during your stay. Also close to: - McCabe Golf course - Sylvan Park (bars, cafes, fine dining) - Midtown hospitals (we found that this is an idea spot for a convalescence) - Children`s Hospital - Belmont University, and the Belmont Mansion (5-minute drive) - Vanderbilt University (4-minute drive) - Nashville Ballet (5-minute drive) - Music Row (6-minute drive) Important Details:
✶ Check-in starts at 4 p.m.
✶ Check-out by 11 a.m. Door codes are deactivated shortly after checkout. Let us know beforehand if you will be arriving in Nashville before 4 p.m., as we might be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional fee, subject to availability.
✶ Smart Lock: the codes to the building and to the unit (2 separate codes) will be accessible in your guest portal the day prior to your arrival.

✶ Building and community amenity spaces are available to all Odyssey guests. We as hosts have no control over them and their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, and/or availability. In the event that any of the building amenities become unavailable or have issues, we will inform the Odyssey of such but assume no responsibility for these spaces.
✶ Potential noise can be heard during the day from a construction site next to the building. This unit is located on the opposite side of the site. You should not hear noise from this condo, but you can hear it from the pool area.
✶ The pool is open year-round from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty.
✶ This unit is NOT pet-friendly.
✶ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors` availability.

- Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Parking is available in the garage, free of charge. Additional free street parking is available in the neighborhood
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the condo
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
