Welcome to "Tide Me Over" @ Gulf Highlands Beach Resort located on Damon Circle on the second floor. Your happy little slice of paradise in the heart of Panama City Beach Florida. This adorable coastal retreat is packed with charm, sunshine, and everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Step inside & feel right at home. This bright & cheerful studio instantly says "vacation mode". Where flip flops are the dress code. Whether you're chasing sunsets, soaking up the sun, or simply slowing down " Tide Me Over" @ Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is the perfect spot to make those lifelong memories.

Park directly in front of your door with this ground level entry townhome, this unit has a reserved 2 reserved parking spaces. (for two vehicles only) No waiting on elevators or crowds. This gated resort community offers amenities that your family will enjoy: 11 swimming pools, (5 seasonally heated), tennis courts, 18-hole mini golf, shuffleboard, & a Beach House restaurant with a pool directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Activities are just outside your front door, enjoy all of what Gulf Highlands has to offer. Take a short walk, across the street, to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach Florida. If you want to take a break from cooking, don't stress. Panama City Beach has numerous casual eateries as well as fine dining options. When you get the urge to explore, Pier Park is just 3-4 miles away with over a million square feet of open-air shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Miracle Mile Amusement areas is right next to Pier Park. If golf is your fame, enjoy both the Hombre Golf Club & Holiday Golf Course, both being within a couple of minutes from the unit. A vacationer's paradise, this resort is close to Rock it Lanes which offers a bowling alley, roller skating rink, & arcade. Enjoy ShipWreck Island Water Park which is a few short blocks away from the resort. Frank Brown Park is nearby and offers 200 acres of outdoor recreation with 9 softball & baseball fields. Whatever your vacation needs may be, this little piece of paradise allows you to kick back & unwind. Historic St Andres Bay is a short drive away that features the charm of " Old Florida". Enjoy shopping & lunch overlooking the marina and bay. Take a drive to the west on scenic 30A route to enjoy quant village of Seaside that features shipping & dining.
Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 3 people max per the fire marshal. This includes children of all ages & visitors. No exceptions. If we see more than 3 on camera we will have to evict the entire group immediately for breaking fire code. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out & will be evicted immediately.
No more than 1 vehicle is allowed. The resort has 1 designated parking space for this building. No exceptions to this rule. Please make arrangements for 1 vehicle. There will be 1 proximity card left inside the unit when guests arrive. This card is how all guests will be able to enter Gulf Highlands security gate. Property Patrol will be at the gate 24 hours to let guests inside the resort until they can get to their cards that are left inside the condo. Upon checkout guests are responsible for leaving the 1 proximity card inside the unit. If the card is missing or damaged additional charges will be applied & guests are responsible for covering the charge to replace the card. The cards is $25.00 each. Same goes for guests that lose the card or damage the card during their stay. There will be a $25.00 charge collected before we are able to drop new one off. It's the guests responsibility to leave the card on their checkout date & to keep up with the card during their stay.
No outside golf carts or scooters are allowed within the resort.
No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees & will be charged a $300.00 fine.
Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.
This unit is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the home, you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.
RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do not tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the cameras - you will be evicted immediately without refund.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. That rate is for stays less than 30days.
If a guest books a 30-60 day stay the rate does increase for those type of bookings. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.

- Feeding Wildlife ( Example: Turtles, fish, & birds ) $50.00 fine.
- Violating Noise Ordinance $50.00 fine.
- Offensive or Unlawful Activities $100.00 fine.
