Fees & Policies
A US $250 refundable security deposit is required at check-in via credit card. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking; only service animals are permitted. Guests must be at least 21 years old with valid photo ID and credit card. Complimentary parking is provided for one vehicle per suite. Local lodging/occupancy and state taxes apply at or before arrival unless included.

Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 U.S. dollars for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted.
