Jos etsit ilmastoitu, kaunis ammattimaisesti sisustettu edestä merinäköala kotiin että vetää "Wow!" ulos sinusta kun kirjoitat, olet juuri löytänyt sen! Oceansiden rannalla sijaitseva kalifornialainen rantahotelli Cape Cod -tyylisataman ja Oceanside-laiturin välissä on upea koti, josta on merinäköala lähes joka huoneessa.

Koti on kävelymatkan päässä satamasta ja laituri ja ranta on vain muutaman askeleen ulkopuolella takapihallasi. Tämä ainutlaatuinen ranta-koti tarjoaa 4 paikan päällä pysäköintitilaa (2 suljettu autotalli ja 2 ajotiehuonetta).

Remontoitu ja sisustettu kuin mallin koti, siinä on kauniita huonekaluja kaikkialla. Perhehuoneessa on jättiläinen 70 tuuman teräväpiirtotelevisio tilaääni.

Kolme päämakuuhuone ovat täydellisiä ylelliset petauspatjallisessa king-size-vuoteet. Kaksi kolmesta king-size Masters on täysi merinäköala. Kolmannessa kuningas makuuhuone voit nauttia aamukahvia oma yksityinen merinäköala terassi. Ranta / surf teemalla lasten kerrossänky huone nukkuu 4 ja on oma liitetty kylpyamme. Suurella kannella, josta on näkymät Tyynenmeren alueelle, on 180 asteen valkovesi. Rentoutua ja nauttia auringosta aurinkotuolit. Nauti äänet valtameren ja siemailla trooppisia drinkkejä alle kaksi suurta sateenvarjot tai vain nauttia ulkona perheen kanssa. Takapihalla viihdyttävää on suuren ruostumattoman teräksen kaasu BBQ.

A Great Place to Stay!

Our family of nine, ages 4-74, stayed in this lovely 2 story home for a week. We were thankful for the off street parking for 3 large vehicles. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked, updated kitchen. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very clean. We spent hours on the large deck with a view. Also, the cool ocean breezes kept us comfortable. We rarely used the air conditioning.

A beautiful place. Truly special. And a much needed retreat.

My husband, and our daughter and her husband were lucky to have picked this wonderful beach rental. The house was extremely clean ( which is greatly appreciated in a beach rental. Furnishings were lovely and comfortable. We walked to great dining, and shopping. The beach is clean and not crowded. And Diane was such a wonderful host. It really was a perfect stay.

The home is beautifully appointed and well equipped with everything you need. It was such an easy walk to the beach and the owners were wonderful with suggestions for restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time and the house was lovely with everything we needed. There were nine of us, four adults and five teen boys and there was adequate room for all of us. Diane was a terrific host and Oceanside is a cute community. We hope to return again one day!

2025 Girls Weekend Oceanside

It was perfect. There were a few things - there was a very unpleasant odor in the garage, there were no extra plastic bags, and no extra towels in one upstairs bathroom. Thos3 are such little things compared to how wonderful the house is.

Thanksgiving in Oceanside

We spent Thanksgiving week with our family of 8. We were close to the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets, beach walks and surfing. The home was comfortable and beautifully appointed and met our every need. We were greeted with a wonderful bowl of snacks and wine which disappeared instantly after a long day of travel!

We stayed for 4 nights over our Spring Break - 2 families - 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 smaller kiddos. The place was INCREDIBLE! Location was unreal - just off the water. I can’t tell you how peaceful it was to be able to crack the bedroom window a bit and hear the waves. Location is walking distance from the harbor and downtown area. Great local restaurants, including coffee shops, breakfast joints, and some wonderful higher-end places as well. Oceanside was a peaceful respite between our “busier” days in San Diego, LA, and at Disneyland. Overall, we couldn’t have been more impressed. Diane and her staff were responsive and kind. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Wonderful Stay with the Family!

Review We had a great experience at this house! It was very clean (especially for a beach house!) and stylish. The owners are kind and responsive. The private balcony is amazing! We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return! Our crew had a baby, multiple kids/teens, and adults and it was very comfortable for all of us. Upstairs has two bedrooms: one master with a bathroom, and a kids room with bunk beds and bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one bathroom. This is also where the kitchen and living area are, which lead to a private balcony overlooking the ocean. It had a lot of amenities like a pack n play, stroller, high chair, boogie boards, bicycles, and two sets of washers/dryers. If you have a very large vehicle, you may not fit into the garage. You can park in the driveway, however the driveway has a public sidewalk that goes through it which cannot be blocked. We had a 12-passenger van and could make it work! You can get to the beach through a private stair path through the property, which takes just a 2-3 minutes. Or you can walk along the main road, which is longer but easier if you bring a lot of stuff to the beach. Overall, it was a great experience! This was our third beach house in the area and it was the cleanest and most updated! Thanks again!

Absolutely Perfect for our Annual Girls Trip!

Our group was 7 ladies celebrating our 29th!/maybe 30th?! annual girls trip, and this home was just beautiful and worked wonderfully for us. We all loved the house, especially the view of the ocean and proximity to the ocean (not 'right on' the beach with no privacy, but 1 street across was ideal). Pros: very nice owners, location, parking spots! (more on that later), beautifully and comfortably decorated, great beds, well-stocked and good sized kitchen with nice big breakfast bar, well-stocked towels/linens, lovely patio, and again a great location for going on walks alongside or on the beach in either direction, plus plenty of restaurants etc. nearby if you want to go out. No actual Cons - just a couple things that might be helpful for prospective tenants to note: Re: parking, the 2 outdoor spots can accommodate larger/longer vehicles (such as SUVs), but to park inside the garage, the vehicle(s) need to be on smaller/shorter side to fit. Re: dining table options, the largest and only dining table is on the outdoor patio (which is lovely), and only the large breakfast bar inside is for indoor dining; I mention this because I was slightly nervous when booking about not having an actual dining table indoors in case it was too cold outside, etc., but actually(!) it ended up NOT being an issue at all! The weather was nice and we had plenty of room indoors to eat at the breakfast bar and play games on the coffee table, too! Thank you so much again to Diane and Mike!!

House sleeps 10 very comfortably. The back patio views are some of the best in Oceanside! The house has everything you need to cook, entertain, and enjoy your vacation. 2 garage spaces really helps and the garage is stocked with everything you need for the beach. Everyone loved the beach cruisers and wagon to help haul things to the sand. 10 out 10 experience at this property! We will be back!

This was our second year staying at this home, and it was just as perfect as the first. It’s an ideal spot for families—the location can’t be beat, the air-conditioning works beautifully, and the owners are both responsive and kind.The kitchen is very well stocked, which made cooking easy, and the extras provided really made a difference: boogie boards, a grill, plenty of kitchen tools, plus an abundance of blankets, pillows, and towels. Everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable.We’ll definitely be back again—this house truly feels like a home away from home.

Beautiful home, light and bright with beach vibe decor, and comfortable furnishings that made you feel like vacation. The views of the beach and the ocean are stunning, and everyone loved the large deck. Excellent location. Just steps to the beach, The Harbor, great restaurants and bars, Farmers Market and the Pier. We enjoyed them all.Check in was easy, it was easy to communicate with the hosts, Diane was lovely and very accommodating.This was by far the best rental our family has stayed in for our family summer vacation.

Originally coming from Orange County, California we relocated to the beach community of Oceanside, California a few years ago. We recently bought this dream ocean view home and now that the renovation is complete we are truly enjoying our gorgeous California coast! Oceanside has so much to offer with 3 miles of pristine beaches, its proximity to San Diego, Orange County, LA and many theme parks. It was recently voted by USA Today as the second best climate in the United States! We are proud to say that we have many wonderful returning families as our guests.

We want our guests to know that we understand the wants and needs of families that travel with kids. This is why we have two locked accesses to the home, as well as games, nighttime story books, sand toys, and toys for the kids. We have provided for all you kitchen and laundry needs. No need to bring a stroller, highchair, pack and play, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs....etc. It's all here for you.
