Watch for local wildlife throughout the day — jumping fish are common, and dolphins or alligators may occasionally pass through the lagoon.

Boaters will love the neighborhood boat launch located directly across from the home’s private dock, providing easy access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. (Please note: back gate access to the dock is currently locked for safety; guests may use the nearby neighborhood boat launch.)
