Checkout:
• Time: 11:00AM
• Place all used towels in basket located in closet.
• Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.
• Place trash in trash can.
• Close & lock all windows /doors
• Remove any personal belongings & food items prior to checking out.
• Turn off all lights

• Please DO NOT Remove Makeup with white towels, use makeup removing wipes.

ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking as there is a minimum $500 charge for smoking in the unit.

ABSOLUTELY NO Parties/Events. If in violation you will be charged a fee starting at $500.

For early check-in, an additional fee starting at $50 will be applied .For late check-out, an additional fee of $75 will be applied. You will be charged $30 for every 30 minutes for a late checkout that was not discussed. If you need late check out or early check-in please discuss this with me prior so we can make necessary arrangements that is convenient for everyone. All early check-ins & late check-outs are subject to availability.
