NEW for 2025 SEASON, New carpeting installed on the entire top floor, stairs, and hallways, and new sofas in the living room
Beautifully positioned on the sound-front, this home overlooks the private Hatteras wetlands that border the soundside coastline. Here in the Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood, you'll find the perfect spot for nature viewing as you relax at the top of the Carolina Breeze.
Begin on the top level, which offers a kitchen with a brand-new refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Keurig, and an air fryer. This level is partitioned by a breakfast bar and completed with an updated dining set that includes two large bench seats. As an added secret bonus, this dining room table can be converted into both a pool table and a Ping-Pong table by removing the top. Dinner, dessert, family game night - it all happens here!
Down the half-flight central staircase is the main living room with a large TV and a minibar. The massive windows, from floor to ceiling, capture a picture-perfect view overlooking the sound and incredible sunsets.
One floor below, on the main level, you'll find a brand-new washer/dryer, a queen bedroom, and a dual-pyramid bedroom.
