We don’t charge any fees for parking or resort passes. If you’d like to use the onsite BBQ grill, there’s a $40 (plus tax) fee that covers gas and cleaning for your entire stay.

Pool and spa heating is available for $40 (plus tax) per day and must be arranged for the full duration of your stay. Please give us at least two days’ notice so we can make sure everything is ready for your arrival. The system uses a heat pump (not instant gas heat), so performance can vary depending on the weather. If you ever notice the heater isn’t working properly, just let us know and we’ll have maintenance take a look right away. The spa is set to 100°F and the pool to 80°F for your comfort.

Our home is often booked back-to-back, so we can’t usually accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare the property for the next guest. If the schedule allows, we may be able to offer an early check-in or late check-out within three days of your arrival or departure for $40 per hour. Please note that unapproved late check-outs will result in a penalty fee.

After booking, please share the full names of all guests aged 18 and older so we can add everyone to the community gate access list.

This home is privately owned and not serviced like a hotel, but we do provide all linens and a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in. You’ll find:

You’re welcome to restock any items you need during your stay.

The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on the card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking.
