2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Large living room with open kitchen and Dining area. We are ground floor, so you don't have to worry about carrying heavy luggage up the second floor. But we also have a disadvantage. We can hear some Sounds from the neighbors upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, be aware. Designated carport near the apartment, and extra parking area is available. About 1-2mile far away to strip and 10 minutes walking distance to 7 -Eleven, Chinatown and Shanghai Plaza.
The space
Thank you for being interested in our listing. In addition, Our community will re-treat and seal the asphalt, starting on the April 17th to 19th April. There is no impact on our parking space on 18th, but On the 16th night and 17th you need to park on the Savalli Street and walk about 1-2 mins to the unit. Because the parking spot road will be re-treated and seal the asphalt on 17th. I will send you the details and the map. This may be inconvenient for you. Please think about it.

Can I receive mail, shipping or delivery?
Yes, but we do not provide mailbox keys as a service. You can get it when the postman opens it. The postman will open the mailbox to deliver letters every day. We have no responsibility or guarantee to receive your letters, shipping, delivery.Please make sure that your courier is delivered during your stay as we are unable to hold or receive the courier for you. Thank you for understanding.
Other things to note
The property is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Numbers of staying cannot exceed numbers of guests booked.
Home cannot be occupied or used for any commercial or business purpose without prior approval.

-NO SMOKING. no smoking inside the house of any substance, including VAPE or e-cigarettes. A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any signs or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest check out.
-Any damage made to the property or furnishings which exceeds deposit amount will be billed to the guest.
-We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal or any part of the plumbing is damaged or clogged during the guests stay, the guest will be responsible for the plumber’s fee at check out.
-All items in the house have been accounted for, any item removed from premises will charged to the guest at check out.
-Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry.
-Damaged or severely stained linens, furniture and carpet will be billed to the guests at check out.
-Please be mindful when moving oversized items into the rooms. Damaged doors and walls will be charged to the guest at check out.
-If kitchen utensils are used, please put them in the dishwasher before you check out. Kitchenware is sanitized for the next guest to use.
-According to your order number, we provide the appropriate number of bath towels. I.e.,2 members of reservation= 4 sets of towels. $10 per set of towel for extra. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance.
-You can check in any time after 4:00pm or check out before 12 pm. We do not offer free early check-in or late check-out. It will be charged $20 per hour. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance.
-Quite time is 10pm-8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without refund.
-Please check everything in the condo when you check in, if there is any damage in the property, it will be claimed.

INSECTICIDE
Although we have pest control monthly. However, you may still see a bug during your stay.

-We only provide a basic set of pot/pans/cooking utensils. Baking sheets/pans or other kitchen items may not be available. If you have a specific question, let us know!
