Nestled in a friendly Capitola community near New Brighton State Beach, our 3-bedroom (5 beds), 1.5-bath condo is perfect longer stays. Walk the beach, explore Nisene Marks trails, or relax in the pool/jacuzzi. Recently renovated, the space features a spacious living area, smart TV, work-from-home desk, and modern kitchen. Enjoy easy freeway access, a short drive to downtown Santa Cruz, and proximity to hospitals. Your comfortable, convenient home awaits! All utilities/Wifi included, 31 day minimum.

Location & Activities
--Proximity to Beaches & Nature: Enjoy a short walk to New Brighton State Beach or a scenic stroll to Capitola Village. For outdoor lovers, Nisene Marks State Forest is a quick drive away, offering incredible redwood hiking and biking trails. Surf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby surf spots, including The Point and The Hook, both just a short drive or bike ride away.
--Easy Commuting: The freeway is just a block away, making it a breeze to head north or south on Highway 1 for work or exploring the area.
--Convenient Access to Medical Facilities: Only a few miles from Dominican Hospital and a 15-minute drive to Watsonville Hospital.
--Close to Downtown: Santa Cruz’s vibrant downtown is just a 15-minute drive, while San Jose and Monterey are about 40-50 minutes away for day trips.

--Modern Upgrades: The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled with new cabinets and appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and microwave.
--Large Private Deck: Just out the front door is a large private deck just for you with patio chairs, umbrella shade, and a full sized grill.
Amenities & Extras
--Pool & Hot Tub: Enjoy the complex’s heated pool and hot tub, open from April 1st to October 31st, 8am to 10pm.
--Laundry: Access to a shared laundry room for all four units in the building.
--Parking & Storage: The condo includes a garage space for one car, with an additional driveway spot for a second car. The garage is shared with one other unit, fully enclosed, lockable, and includes additional lockable storage closets. There’s also ample street parking available in the complex and nearby on the main street.
--Cleaning Service: We can provide a cleaning service as often as needed for an additional fee, so you can keep your space tidy without any hassle.
Utilities & Connectivity
--All-Inclusive: Rent includes all utilities, so you won’t have to worry about extra bills.
-High-Speed WiFi: Enjoy free 400mbps Spectrum WiFi, ideal for gaming, streaming, and online meetings.
