Recently renovated, this stunning oceanfront property offers a private pool, direct beach access, and both cook and daily housekeeping services. Its spacious areas are thoughtfully designed for you to relax, disconnect from everyday worries, and fully immerse yourself in the serenity of the ocean. The house is equipped with Starlink internet — the fastest and most reliable in the area.

Casa Mar is a beach home built with local materials, mainly wood and palm, creating an authentic tropical atmosphere.

As you enter the house, you’ll walk along deck-style pathways surrounded by water features and lush tropical vegetation.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, distributed as follows:

2 Master Bedrooms — each with a king-size bed, private terrace, hammock, and ocean/pool views. Both feature a spacious private bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.

1 Bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined into a king, with a private bathroom and views of the exterior walkways.

1 Bedroom with three twin beds, which can also be used as sofas. This room includes a TV, private bathroom, and views of the exterior walkways.

1 Additional Bedroom, slightly more private than the rest, with two twin beds that can be joined into a king, and its own private bathroom.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: To make the house accessible to couples and smaller groups, we offer reduced rates that include access only to the number of rooms needed for your group (for example: 6 guests = 3 rooms; 2 guests = 1 room). Send us a private message and we’ll prepare a custom offer for you.

The dining room, living room, and bar are located under a large palapa, providing a fresh, open space perfect for sharing family moments, enjoying a nap, or getting some work done.

Outside, you’ll find an additional lounge area, another dining space, the pool, and direct access to the beach.

Your rental includes daily cooking and housekeeping service, however, the cost of food and beverages must be covered by the guests prior to arrival. Our staff’s working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Casa Mar is a luxury tropical villa on the Oaxacan coast. While we fumigate regularly, you may still encounter insects from time to time — this is part of the natural environment, but we will do our best to minimize it during your stay.
