Tämä täysin uusittu nykyaikainen kiinteistö on kaikki tehdä oman paikka paeta ympäri vuoden.

Istuminen 11 yksityiset eekkeriä päittäin Taconic State Park antaa sinulle pääsyn yli 6000 hehtaarin omalla takapihallaan. 4400 ala Talo on avoin pohjaratkaisu sopii viihdettä kaksi oleskelualue (jokaisella on oma takka), muodollinen ruokailutila, johon mahtuu 10 ihmistä vieressä iso keittiö Viking laitteiden ja graniitti työtaso saari.

On kolme makuuhuonetta ja kolme kylpyhuonetta pääkerroksessa ja lisäksi kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta toisessa kerroksessa. 6. makuuhuone on sisustettu toimisto, mutta mahtuu väliaikainen vuodepaikkaa. Makuuhuone on paitsi paras näköala talon, mutta mahtava oma Master kylpyhuone erillinen erittäin suuri kylpyamme, erillinen suihku ja bidee.

Nauti näkemykset oman lämmitetty uima-allas ja vuorille sen kaksi suurta kantta, yksi on suuri sisäänrakennettu bar-b-que.

Talossa on kaksi erillistä päättynyt kellareihin, joista jokaisella on oma pesukone / kuivuri asettaa, yksi kattaa auton-autotalli ja 3-auton pysäköintialue.

King of the hill

This place has serenity and plenty of pizzaz. Exceptionally equipped, expertly designed and maintained,it has the feel of a luxurious resort.The location has views for miles and has both expansive lawn areas and lots and lots of forest. The heated pool kept the kids frolicking while the adults took in the view.. Cool touch the lawn has wild thyme in it which is fragrant when walked on. Heavenly.

Fantastic mountaintop retreat

We had a great week here! Maria was very responsive before and during our stay. We arrived to a clean house where a thoughtful gift awaited us. The layout worked great for our group of nine…we gathered in the kitchen, around the dining room table, and in the sitting room; the second living room provided a perfect escape for those who wanted a quiet space to read or nap. The grill was clean and simple to use, the outdoor seating areas were welcoming, and the pool was refreshing with a beautiful view. The house was nicely appointed and well stocked with paper goods and other necessities (dish soap, bin liners, etc.). Plus a great area with a wonderful rail trail, hiking spots, and cute towns to explore. All around an enjoyable and relaxing week!

Excellent Holiday Weekend

A really stunning property on lovely grounds! We had a great long weekend enjoying the pool and good weather. Photos don't do the place justice, really high quality finishes throughout. House and in particular the kitchen is really well stocked for everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible Berkshires getaway!

Maria’s house was incredible! Immaculately clean, great views, and more than enough room for our group of 9 to hang out on a rainy weekend in the country! The house is < 30 from Great Barrington, which is also a huge plus. Maria was extremely communicative, kind, and accommodating. Would definitely visit again!

Large, Beautiful Home

My family of 9 (actually 3 related families all together) really enjoyed this incredible property. It was very big, beautiful, sparkling clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The pool was a huge bonus. Maria and her husband made everything very easy and were extremely responsive both before and during our stay. This is the best of what VBRO and similar services have to offer. Can’t say enough good things to cover it! Will hopefully be able to return one day.

Gatsby meets Berkshires

A gorgeous home on a beautiful property with amazing views. The owners were great. Very responsive and everything was better than advertised. 8 minute drive to catamount for skiing. 8 minute drive to bash bush falls hiking trail (a must see when in the area). Would definitely stay here again.

Great House - Great Location

The house was perfect for a large group, with multiple sitting areas, plenty of bathrooms, and a top notch kitchen. It was perfectly situated about 8 mins from Catamount.

Beautiful getaway !

One of the best houses we have ever stayed in . It was just as we expected and a lot more Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, large living room and family room for games and great modern yet classic feel all around the house. The house location is very private and yet easily accessible with beautiful grounds all around . Maria , thank you for being a great host , being flexible and accommodating. Loved it , definitely would do it again .

Beautiful house in a gorgeous setting. Great for groups

We had a great friends weekend at the house. It's a rare property that is even nicer than it looks online. Very secluded with great views, but only 20 mins from civilization in Great Barrington, MA. The owners are communicative and friendly. Very clean. Good seating and multiple hang out areas for groups including two decks. Sadly it was too cold for the pool.

A true getaway!!!!!

What a lovely experience. This home is very well taken care of and the owners show they care that you have a great stay. We needed a quite getaway from our 70 hour a week jobs and this was the place to find peace and beauty amidst this stunning setting. We were three adults and all had plenty of space, but a family could do just as well in the space. The only call out I would say is we needed some feather pillows, but if that is the worst of it, you can bet it was a pretty great time. Thank you for a lovely vacation

Berkshire Retreat

Beautiful house that offers privacy and a beautiful and peaceful setting. The grounds and house are much more beautiful than the photos. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies and paper goods. It’s very spacious and offers a great setup to have kids sleep in a separate area of the house from grown ups. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this beautiful home!!!

We were two families (adults and 3 children each, ages 10, 14 and 15) that stayed in this home as the base for a ski trip to Catamount Mountain. This home is BEAUTIFUL, much nicer than in the pictures. The owners were extremely responsive and immediately addressed the 2 or 3 small issues that arose. We are from NYC and Long Island, and truly enjoyed our stay and were happy to spend time in this home. Book this home if it's available without hesitation!

Great House for Family Ski Trip!

Our Family had a great time staying at this house for our annual family ski trip. We skied Catamount which was conveniently located right near the house. The house was beautiful with a great Livingroom with huge working fireplace as well as multiple spots for everyone to spread out. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Wonderful getaway for family and friends

Maria's estate is a spectacular hilltop retreat perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The house is very spacious, beautifully appointed and provides everything you'd possible need or want. The kitchen and dining area are equipped to provide for 10 people or more. Communication and check-in were a breeze. Maria was very accommodating and forthcoming. We'd return in a heartbeat. Five stars all the way!

My friends and I stayed at this property to celebrate my birthday and it was nothing short of an AMAZING experience. The house was absolutely gorgeous (even more so than these pictures show), very large and bright (there are floor windows/doors all over the entire house), the kitchen was stocked with cooking oils, spices and every kind of kitchen utensil under the sun, meanwhile all of the bathrooms had toiletries of every sort for us to use. The house is also very secluded and extremely private. We all came from Manhattan, and this was JUST what we needed. With that being said, I want to add that the cellphone reception worked well and the WiFi did too. The hosts, Maria and her husband were great communicators and prepared us for the trip a few days early to make sure we have proper directions and answered all of our questions. Once at the house, Maria’s husband told us how to use the grill, how to hike Bish Bash Falls from the property, as well as how to turn on the pool heater. Unfortunately for us, the heater could not properly heat the pool because it was a cold weekend :( Since they knew it was my birthday, they left me a bottle of champagne, chocolate & a card.. such a sweet gesture! Overall, they really made sure everything was perfect and were at our disposal whenever we had a question. My friends and I are already thinking about when we can come back. This was a really great and memorable experience, so thank you both :)

Great getaway

We had an amazing girls weekend at this property. Maria and her husband were incredibly responsive and kind throughout the process and left lovely touches like a bottle of wine for us. The house was clean and a great set-up for a large group. I would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Copake Falls Rental Review

House and pool are worn. Require maintenance and improvement in appearance. There were exposed nails and peeling paint in the exterior, plumbing issues in 3 bathrooms (slow shower drain I master bedroom; non working shower head in first floor bedroom suite). Additionally most of the storage and closet spaces in kitchen and bedrooms were filled with owner’s items, that there wasn’t enough space to put our belongings. Also there were no window coverings for the large windows in the bath/shower/toilet areas of the Masters Suite on the second floor. Leaving one exposed. The overall quality was not as good as we expected for the cost of this rental.

Wonderful house with a lot of space and spectacular view

My family stayed in this house for three weeks in August and we had a wonderful time. The house sits on top of a hill (great view!) and is very secluded (great for social distancing). The house is well taken care of by the house owners. My kids enjoyed the pool and the backyard. All of the bedrooms were well appointed and the beds were so comfortable. We cooked almost every night and the kitchen was well equipped. The location of the house is also ideal; it's a short drive to Great Barrington (to east) and Hudson (to west). There are also fantastic places to visit nearby (Bash Bish falls, Copake Hillsdale farmers market, etc.) We had few minor issues during our stay but the house owner was very responsive and helpful. We met them when we first arrived at the house and they were so lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone who's looking for a large house for a family gathering or low key vacation.

Wonderful hidden gem

This house is situated on a secluded wooded hilltop with access to a heated pool and beautiful views. The family room is great for evening games we brought (a few at the house). It’s even more beautiful and cozy in person. The kitchen is well equipped with high quality cooking appliances, pots, pans, utensils, plates, tupperware. Just about everything you could think of in terms of cookware and equipment. We brought some staple food items and there is a grocery store nearby. The closets are stocked with tons of fresh towels, pool towels, extra pillows, blankets, etc. The kids spent multiple hours by the pool and flying kites and playing games in the backyard. The owners take careful care of their home and house rules are straight forward and common sense. There is some maintenance needed here and there, particularly by the pool but it’s easily overlooked given the beautiful surroundings and well stocked and beautiful home. You are definitely in the middle of nature. We were very comfortable in the home as it felt like a luxury rental and not like you are in someone else’s home. That level of comfort and peace of mind these days is worth every penny. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Nearby is the Harlem valley rail trail for biking, Taconic state park, Copake lake, Bash bish falls trails, and farms for picking blueberries. We also enjoyed time in Great Barrington which is a short drive away and all the town respects social distancing and mask wearing.

A wonderful getaway

This is a great house for 2 families of 5. The upstairs has a large Master bedroom and bathroom and there is another bedroom down the hall as well as an office which was perfect for a portacrib. The downstairs has another 3 bedrooms off the kitchen with 2 full bathrooms and has a door that keeps those bedrooms and bathrooms separate from the common areas for additional noise control and privacy. Tons of common areas to hang out both inside and outside and very well stocked kitchen. Tons of anything you could need from extra sheets and blankets to laundry detergent, kitchen appliances etc. Maria and her husband were very accommodating and responsive to us. The heated pool is set back from the house with plenty of yard to run around and explore. My only complaint is that the yard and the pool had tons of flies. The reviews haven't mentioned this issue and the owners said that they have never had this problem before so it might be an isolated incident but the flies made it very difficult to hang out outside. Bug spray helped with the mosquitos but the only thing that helped with the flies were to set up fans around the pool at Maria's suggestion. This definitely helped but the situation was not ideal. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again because everything else about the house was close to perfection.

Wonderful 3 week stay!

The property is wonderful. The owners could not have been more helpful. Everything was clean and fully stocked, which made our stay perfect, My teenage children absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor space.

Our family purchased this property shortly after visiting a close friend who lives in the area. It was one of the first properties we saw, and we kept on coming back to it. You will feel the same way!

The property has a Estate feeling and while being within a 5-minute drive to downtown Hillsdale, nearby farms and cultural attractions, it is one of the few properties in the area abutting the State Park with direct access to trails from its own backyard while sitting on the top of the hill with Northern views of the Berkshires and Western views of the Catskills. It is the perfect place to vacation all-year-round.
