The breakfast bar and large dining room table provide ample seating for up to 10. You’ll find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom located at the top of the spiral staircase. In the back of the home is your private oasis. There you will enjoy the Pool and Spa, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, shed with beach supplies, lounge chairs, dining table with 6 chairs and an additional table for two.Our town is very walkable and the island’s free trolley is only a few flip-flop steps away. Only a 2-minute walk to the beach and the Island trolley stop. The best way to reach the beach is to exit through the back gate, turn left down the alleyway, and right to the beach! Take a Short Trolley ride to Bridge Street, Restaurants, Shops, and all the fun that Anna Maria Island has to offer. This home offers private laundry facilities in the home. Noise complaints will result in eviction. The home is equipped with a decibel meter that also detect smoking.**Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and can reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather**In the Shed by the pool you will find some beach supplies for use during your stay.*Self check in using a key pad. Your unique door code will activate at your check in time.All communication will be through messaging.
