This suite is equipped to sleep 2 people comfortably however it has the capacity to sleep 3 if you utilize sofa bed.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• ID Requirement: A picture of photo ID will be required upon booking.
• Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit (fully refundable) is required upon booking.
• Signed Agreements: Please note there are building requirement`s that require signed agreements
• Parking: 1 parking slots are provided , and there is free parking on the street.
• Security: There are cameras located around the exterior of the building and all common areas such as the lobby, gym, rooftop, hallways and any shared areas among other residents
• Crib Disclaimer (If crib is available at the property): Guests using a pack ’n play crib do so at their own risk. While we provide a clean and comfortable environment, we do not endorse any specific model and cannot guarantee their safety. Guests should review instructions carefully and take precautions to ensure their own safety. By using the crib, guests accept responsibility for any risks associated with its use.

- Please use the bbq and amenities responsibly. It is your responsibility to turn all appliances and gas off after use.
- Damage deposit/ID/agreements are required upon booking.
- No Shoes in the Bedroom, Please remove in the provided tray.
- We are not responsible for any items left after check out.
- No unauthorized late check outs, please let us know if running late as a late check out fee of $50 may be applied to accommodate cleaning schedules set in advance.
