Located in Sainte-Adèle, Le Luma offers the perfect balance between comfort and the natural charm of the forest. Bright and peaceful, it invites you to relax and truly reconnect with nature. Its sleek design and wood accents create an elegant and soothing atmosphere. Close to ski slopes, trails, lakes, and rivers, as well as the magnificent Doncaster River Park, a gem just minutes away. You arrive completely independently: we are not on-site, and you simply use the code provided in the virtual guide to access the chalet.
We’re just a 2 minutes walk away and always easily reachable, happy to answer any questions quickly and gladly.
Located in the heart of the forest in Sainte-Adèle, Le Luma is a single-family cottage that blends harmoniously with nature. Its Scandinavian architecture, with its clean lines and stacked volumes, combines simplicity and elegance. Natural light floods the open-concept spaces thanks to large windows overlooking the terrace and forest, where deer and other animals are often spotted passing by.
The Neighborhood
Nestled in the peaceful Mont-Rolland area of Sainte-Adèle, the cottage's location offers a tranquil setting bordered by the forest, while remaining close to the village's amenities. Just a few minutes away, you will find cafés, grocery stores, and several excellent restaurants.

This chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests. Complete bedding and bath towels are provided for your comfort.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
-Drip coffee maker and manual espresso maker (being your own coffee beans of ground coffee)

-Basic supplies: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, vegetable oil, etc.

Spacious and modern, this chalet offers all the comforts and amenities needed for a memorable stay with family or friends, while enjoying the surrounding natural beauty.
It is recommended to have a car to get around the Laurentians and reach neighboring villages from the cottage.
Please note: the cottage is located below street level, with a small hill to descend to access it.
Summer: access is easy for all types of vehicles.
Winter: Access is generally good, but we recommend an all-wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle to make it easier to climb the hill.
There is also convenient parking at the top of the driveway, a short distance from the cottage, if you prefer to park there.
Please inform the members of your group before your arrival.
Long-Term Stays (32+ Nights) ONLY:
-Capacity: Up to 8 guests, with no extra fees as long as the maximum is not exceeded.
-Taxes: No provincial, federal, or lodging taxes.
-BBQ: Available on the terrace. Guests are responsible for snow removal and cleaning it during their stay (gas connected).
-Fire Pit: Summer only.
-Pets: Up to 2 dogs welcome ($75 + taxes each), must stay on the ground floor. Safety gates provided. Please respect furniture and clean up after pets.
-Supplies: Bring your own body/hair soap and coffee - Soap for cleaning, dishwashing, and hands provided; coffee makers, filters, and grinder included.
-Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 5 PM, check-out by noon. Saturday arrivals/departures require prior approval.
-Utilities: $125/month electricity ; any overage billed pro-rata with invoices.
-Cameras: Outdoor only, facing the entrance. Recordings stored up to 90 days.
-Pre-Registration: Required with ID to prevent fraud; gives access to the virtual Chalet Guide.
-Security Deposit of $1000: Pre-authorization on card at check-in, released after inspection.
-Included Amenities: Internet, parking snow removal, firewood, and all items listed in the Chalet Guide.
-Guest Responsibilities: Manual snow clearing for balconies, stairs, entrance, spa path, and propane path. Parking lot snow removal is provided by the owner.
