This Spanish-style condo has been stylishly outfitted for your El Paso stay. It features a comfortable, sought-after king-sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals, and multiple dedicated workspaces for our remote workers and traveling professionals. With two more bedrooms, there is room for your entire group.
Located on El Paso's westside, you will be close to everything you need, from shopping and entertainment to the best Mexican food!
If booking on a platform other than Airbnb, before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This home is located in an HOA and rules are strictly enforced:
VEHICLES / PARKING
-Car washing is not allowed
-Trailers are not allowed
-Commercial vehicles not allowed
-Vehicles must be operational
-Residents may not perform maintenance or repairs to vehicles within the complex
-Guest parking spaces are to be shared between all units
-Only two vehicles are allowed per property.
Any additional vehicles must be parked on Pitt or El Cajon
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Front and back patios must be kept in clean and acceptable condition. Anything that can be seen from the streets or by neighbors must be kept in acceptable condition by the owner. Residents cannot keep storage piles, rubbish, debris, or any items deemed unsightly.
LOUD MUSIC/ PARTIES
Please be courteous to your neighbors. No noise nuisance and no noise after 10:00 pm
Turnkey STRs Security Deposit Waiver for Guests
Once you purchase a Turnkey STR Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of your vacation rental property lease agreement.
I. AGREEMENT
A. On behalf of Turnkey STRs, LLC, they have assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives your security deposit up to $500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
B. Turnkey STRs is hereby responsible for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts. Turnkey STRs will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter to include all rules and policies agreed to by you as the Guest.
C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II.EXCLUSIONS
A. This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or loss resulting from:
• Acts of God
• Theft
• Pet caused damages (including cleaning)
• Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
• Loss of use of the vacation rental property
• Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
• Damage to a motorized vehicle
• Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
• This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
• This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
B. Should damages occur due to Your actions and are not covered by this waiver, You are financially responsible for those damages.
III. CONDITIONS
A. Turnkey STRs has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
B. Turnkey STRs reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
E. This waiver is null and void should damages be caused by Your actions stemming from violations of the rules and policies agreed upon prior to occupying the home and you will be required to make the Owner financially whole by reimbursing the total cost of loss (i.e., extra cleaning due to an unauthorized party, theft, unreported damages, etc.)
F. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.
IV. DEFINITIONS
You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
