This family friendly 2 bedroom condo has been tastefully remodeled with hardwood flooring throughout that compliments the modern furnishings and decor of the unit and provides an excellent location for guests to enjoy the slopes of Granby Ranch and plenty of other outdoor adventures year round.
The main living room has an over-sized and comfortable sectional sofa to kick back and relax while enjoying the cozy gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV for entertainment in the living room, mountain views from the windows and access to a private patio. The main dining area will seat up to four and is centrally located between the main living area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has new cabinets, countertops and appliances for easy meal preparation during family vacations. An added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer caters to any laundry needs.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and en-suite renovated bathroom complete with new vanities, countertops, and a full tub/shower enclosure.
The second bedroom has a Captain’s bunk with double on the bottom and twin on top - great spot for up to three guests and access to the main hallway bathroom.
The Kicking Horse complex offers guests the use of a common area outdoor hot tub and grill in the summer.
By obtaining a Granby pass, you can partake in skiing and biking without incurring substantial fees and taxes. Experience a lifestyle of convenience with hiking, biking, skiing, and golfing available just steps from your residence
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring pets on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they smoke on the property.
