Large Condo Near the Heart of It All
This cute 1 bedroom is full of character and located in the heart of it all; just steps from skiing, 2.5 blocks from Main and easy access to the free bus system, nearby lifts and plenty of shops and restaurant. The spacious living room will easily accommodate everyone comfortably while the dining table has plenty of seating for a dinner crafted in the fully stocked kitchen. In-unit laundry, on-site hot tub, underground parking, elevator and Upper Village Pool access are all perks of this condo.
The space:
• 1 bedroom first floor condo.
• Bedroom with queen bed and TV.
• Full bathroom with a separate toilet and bathtub/shower combo area.
• Single vanity located outside the toilet and shower area.
• Full kitchen with all appliances and items necessary to create a full meal.
• Large living room with plenty of seating for your family or group featuring a gas fireplace and TV.
• Dining table with seating for 4.
• In-unit washer and dryer located between the dining area and the kitchen.
• Dedicated entryway with hooks for gear.
Building Amenities:
• Building elevator
• On-site hot tub
• Communal grill and picnic table in center courtyard.
• Underground parking garage.

• 2.5 Blocks to Main St
• 2.5 blocks to the Snowflake Lift
• 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift
• Adjacent to the Upper Village Pool, easily walkable and features 2 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub and a heated outdoor pool and an interior entry/exit option.
• Nearest bus stop is across from Sundowner entrance on 4 O'Clock Road. This bus will go to the Snowflake Lift and on to Beaver Run (peak 9).
• Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.
Upper Village Pool Clubhouse:
• Heated outdoor pool
• 1 Indoor hot tub
• 2 Outdoor hot tubs
• Open from noon-8pm
• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates:
- Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day
- Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November.
*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 150 yards away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the parking lot that leads to the clubhouse.

Parking Limit: 1 - Located in the unassigned underground garage. Additional vehicles or vehicles that are unable to fit in a standard parking spot will have to park at one of the overnight pay lots in Breckenridge. More information can be found at BreckPark.
We understand the hesitancy to book a newly listed unit with no reviews. We manage many other properties in the area with established reviews and encourage you to reach out with any questions!

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.
• Hot tub towels are provided

» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 21.
» This is first floor condo.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
