The apartment is in the 18th floor of the 3rd tower facing the biggest rooftop pool in Miami.
The local mall is 10 mins away along with countless shopping centers.
The space
This very Spacious apartment offers beautiful views of the ocean, river and city of Miami.
Guest are more than welcome to use all utilities and amenities in the property!
Beautifully furnished one Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed and walk-in/built in closet/drawers and 1 Bathroom with bathtub.
This is a no smoking apartment, any smoking inside the apartment will have a $250 fine.
Smoking in the balcony is permitted. $100 per lost guest card, key, or fob.
This apt has 2 amenities cards
There is paid parking in premises for guests. Rates are as follows:

1-4 hours - $19.00

The pool will be closed for renovations from Monday to Thursday. It will only be open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

If check-in is after 6pm there is a $40 dollar additional charge that must be paid at check-in
