Important:
For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks.
This will be charged to the guest.

The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people (including children and babies).

In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking.

The pool heating service is available for an additional $100 per week, plus 12% tax. The pool will be heated to a comfortable 86°F (30°C). Please note that the pool is electrically heated and this service is optional. While we take every precaution to ensure the pool is heated to the specified temperature, weather conditions may affect the pool's heating efficiency.
