All smoking waste must be disposed of properly.
A remediation fee will be charged for evidence of indoor smoking.
Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Guests must clean up after pets.
The backyard is mostly fenced but not fully enclosed.
