Welcome to your Marco Island waterfront escape—an updated, top-floor two-bedroom, two-bath condominium overlooking a peaceful marina with effortless access to the Gulf. This fully furnished coastal retreat is designed for comfort, convenience, and long-term stays, making it an ideal home-away-from-home for winter snowbirds seeking sun, water, and a relaxed Florida lifestyle.
Inside, the open layout features modern updates, bright natural light, and serene water views from the main living areas. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for multi-month living, including new appliances, ample prep space, and a convenient breakfast bar. The private lanai offers the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets over the harbor.
Both bedrooms are generously sized, with the primary suite offering its own ensuite bathroom and marina views. The second bedroom works well for visiting family or a functional home office for remote work during longer stays.
Outside your door, the property includes a deeded boat slip with a lift—an incredibly rare amenity in this part of Marco Island. Tenants may elect an optional monthly upgrade that provides the opportunity to use the owner’s boat during their stay, perfect for those who want to enjoy coastal cruising, shelling, waterside restaurants, and the backwaters of the Ten Thousand Islands. Optional Sea Ray Cruiser Upgrade — Total Monthly Rate: $9,550.
For guests who want the full Marco Island boating lifestyle, we offer an optional upgrade that provides use of a brand-new 2025 Sea Ray SDX 270. This enhancement transforms your stay into a complete on-the-water experience with a luxury day-cruiser ready at your dock. The fee will be added as a custom host charge upon request. Operator qualification and a brief onboarding session are required.

The marina location provides direct access to some of the best boating and fishing waters in Southwest Florida, with no bridges to navigate and quick routes to the Gulf. Even if tenants opt out of boat access, the lift and dock space remain available for guests who have their own boat or choose to arrange access separately through a licensed local provider.
Additional amenities include covered parking, in-unit laundry, community pool, and walkable access to nearby dining, shopping, and beaches.
