ViehÀttÀvÀ Fenwick Bayfront Cottage! Upeat auringonlaskut !!

TÀmÀ omistajan hallinnoima kiinteistö on lomapaikka sinulle! Loputtomat vesinÀkymÀt ilahduttavat joka suuntaan. Uskomattomia auringonlaskuja voidaan nÀhdÀ molemmista erittÀin suurista kansista. TÀmÀ valoisa ja mukavasti sisustettu Bayfront-mökki remontoitiin kokonaan muutama vuosi sitten. Omistajat pitÀvÀt tÀtÀ kiinteistöÀ ajan tasalla ja tekevÀt parannuksia joka vuosi.

Kahden makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpyhuoneen mökki on tÀysin varustettu, jotta voit rentoutua lomalla tai loistavalla viikonloppuisin viikonloppuna. MökissÀ on kaikki mukavuudet, joita tarvitset liinavaatteet, kylpypyyhkeet, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, tÀydellinen keittiö, TV olohuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa sekÀ ilmainen WIFI. YhdessÀ makuuhuoneessa (parvi / tÀysi kylpyamme) on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja toisen makuuhuoneen pohjakerroksessa on myös queen-size-vuode. Molemmista makuuhuoneista on upeat nÀkymÀt vedelle ja ne ovat veden edessÀ. Sinulla on myös weber-kaasugrilli kahden polkupyörÀn ja kahden kajakin ovien keittÀmiseen.

Ota veneesi mukaan, voit kiinnittÀÀ sen kiinteistön telakkaan. Helppo pÀÀsy Assawomen-lahdelle ja vain muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ kaikista Ocean Cityn kuormituspisteistÀ

   TÀmÀ kiinteistö kirjaa hyvin nopeasti johtuen rento alueesta, jolla sijaitsemme, mutta vain muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ Delawaren ja Marylandin rannoilta.

Mökki on loistava loma perhelomallesi tai pariskunnille. Olemme poissa reitiltÀ 54 vain 2 mailin pÀÀssÀ rannoista.

Kaikki lÀhetetyt hinnat sisÀltÀvÀt kaikki verot ja maksut.
LemmikkielÀimet ovat 85 dollaria. 00 viikonloppuna ja 175 dollaria. 00 viikoittaista oleskelua varten. JÀrjestelmÀ ei voi laskea viikonloppujen ja kokonaisten viikkojen eroa. Mukautan lemmikkielÀinmaksua, kun nÀen maksut varauspyynnössÀsi.

Mökki vuokrataan kolmen yön sesongin viikonloppuisin. KesÀkuukausina vuokraamme tÀydet viikot pe - pe. Ota yhteyttÀ saadaksesi lisÀtietoja.

TÀmÀn kiinteistön omistavat ja hallinnoivat Paul ja Jessica Lebling. Olemme paikallisia ja hoitamme kaikki tarpeesi. Tee ratkaisuja suoraan omistajalle, joka ei ole vÀlittÀjÀ tai rahastoyhtiö, joka ei ehkÀ palauta puheluitasi.

Best Stay!

This is my third stay at this beautiful cottage on the bay and I continue to be blown away by the beauty of the property. It is always spotlessly clean and I feel the owners go above and beyond by providing sheets, towels and bathroom and kitchen soaps for the stay. This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I’m craving a beach vacation!

Just Perfect!

We had a great time at the Fenwick cottage! It had everything we could possibly need. It was so relaxing sitting outside on the decks watching the water, sunsets, birds, etc. We didn't want to leave!

Amazing Stay!! Highly Recommend

The property and location were absolutely fantastic!! By far our favorite property we have ever rented in the Ocean City/Fenwick area. The cottage was stocked with every supply we needed; the beds were very comfortable; the location was extremely quiet and there were lots of ways to enjoy the waterfront location. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. We enjoyed grilling out and watching the beautiful sunset each night. My daughter loved kayaking, fishing, crabbing and playing the games at the property. Paul was very responsive and excellent to work with. A all around.

Peaceful retreat

Bayberry Cottage is the best

Really nice rental, well stocked, in a great location in Fenwick / Selbyville. Close to OCMD (Northern end) and many restaurants without having to go into OCMD. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS....Morning sun rises from the kitchen; beautiful sunsets from either the 1st or 2nd floor decks!! Hoping to get back soon!

Lovely Little Cottage

Our stay at the Fenwick Island Cottage is one we will not forget! The cottage was very cute, clean and in a nice and quiet location. It was just what I was hoping it to be and my family enjoyed the peacefulness as much as I did. I have told many friends and coworkers about this location. We had a great Spring Break in Fenwick Cottage.

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the bay, kayaking, and the quick drive to the beach for glorious sunrises. Easy drives to Assateague and Chincoteague were also a big plus! Everything was clean and met all of our needs in the cottage. We hope to return some day.

Fenwick Cottage

Perfect location. Quiet but convenient to dining and shopping. Love the neighborhood, perfect for walking dogs. Our two small dogs loved it. One had visited before and remembered the vacation routine. We’ll be back!

Perfect getaway for our family (two boys 13 and 10 years old). We enjoyed catching crabs and so close to entertainment but so peaceful if you want a night of serenity. Will definitely look to come back here!

Fantastic views

House with beautiful views of the bay. Super comfortable and relaxing. Great covered deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. Sometimes too relaxing. We got a late start to the day. 4 adults stayed and we had 15 others in the area. We had plenty of parking when we all got together. Enjoyed a nice cookout.

Great getaway

Just spent an extended weekend here with my wife and our pups. Couldn't of had a better time. Paul was more than happy to accommodate our stay, and even stopped in to check on us. The house is quaint and compact, but didn't feel like it with the high ceilings and loft. The view of the bay is unmatched. We'll absolutely be back! :)

Cozy with great water views and access.

Property as advertised. We were a family of five not including our Mastiff. It fit us perfectly. We enjoyed the home completely including the plus’s they offer(kayaks and crab traps). We spent a lot of time on the decks enjoying the sights and sounds. The 2-3 mile trip to the beaches worked out just fine for us. Paul was very nice to talk to and we would enjoy staying again.

Beautiful Cottage on Bay

This is such a beautiful charming little home. My husband, 2 daughters, and our dog spent a full week at this place and couldn’t be more pleased. We had coffee every morning on the upper deck and wine every night on the lower deck. The views are incredible. It is a quiet peaceful neighborhood within biking or driving distance to the beach. The house was very clean and the decor was so beachy. Towels and linens were provided which made it much more convenient for traveling. My husband and daughter used the 2 kayaks a few times that were provided as well. Thanks Paul for letting us use your adorable home. We would definitely come back and stay again. Fenwick Island is beautiful.

Perfect Getaway with Great Views

My family of 5 and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul's cottage. Not only did it have everything we need, it sits right on the water and has the most incredible views of the sunset from 2 porches. We really liked the setup - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom downstairs, plus a loft with 2 more queens and another full bathroom upstairs. There's a porch/balcony on each level and you can see the water from literally anywhere in the property. The space was full of light and just what my kids needed after being stuck at our house for so long. They had the most fun taking the kayaks out (life vests are provided) and playing on the playground on the owner's neighboring property. There was a stash of books and family games, washer & dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen. Another surprising plus for me was the wifi speed. I was working remotely and the connection was just as good as my home connection and very fast. Perfect for anyone who wants to escape and get some work done or for a getaway for 1-2 families. 5 stars across the board. Thanks Paul!

Great view

Very nice house on the bay. Great location and quiet, peaceful neighborhood. All basic amenities. The view is priceless.

Loved the Sunset Views

Cozy property with great views. As others have said, it’s very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the neighborhood. We used the kayaks every night. Our shy dog had a wonderful time.

Check in process was simply and easy. Great property with unbeatable views. Close to so many good restaurants and short distance to several beaches. Enjoyable for both the adults and the kids in the group. Free use of kayaks and bikes a plus. Quiet neighborhood and good communication from the owners. Would book again. Already recommended to friends and family.

My Wife Jessica and our five kids and we live next door to the Cottage. We have owned vacation properties in the area for more then 25 years. All of our properties including the Fenwick Cottage are water front or have great water views. Growing up in the Washington DC and Baltimore area we visited Ocean City and Fenwick Island our whole life. When the opportunity come up for us to move to our vacation home in Fenwick we jumped at the chance . We love the area and meeting our vacation guests during the season and off season. Being very involved in the community we can help our guests with any issues or questions that they may have.

Fenwick and the surrounding area has so much to offer. Great wild life, night time activities for kids and adults, shopping, restaurants, water activities, golf, tennis, entertainment and much more. Or maybe you just would like to sip your coffee or cocktail from one of the decks and enjoy the boats and wild life passing by. The location of the Cottage offers it all or offers just relaxing down time. It is up to you because it is your vacation.

Water Front, kayaks, bikes, out door grill and all the linens are all included in your rental. The Cottage was built in 1958. Jessica and I bought it in 2006 and gutted the home and remodeled it at that time. Each year we due updates to the decor with new furniture, paint and we take suggests from our guests on what they would like to see on their next vacation. We renovated both bathrooms, new flooring on the first floor and updated the paint color in the whole house in Feb/Marc h 2025
