Enjoy your choice of upper or lower living areas, both furnished with comfortable furniture and large (65") Smart TV's serviced by 100+ GB WiFi that is accessible throughout the property.

This home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two car garage. On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, and a spacious and private walk-in bathroom and another bedroom with a queen size bed. The lower level has another large "master" bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom boasts a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin "trundle" bed and located next to the living room with sliding barn doors for privacy.
A foosball table is located on the lower level. Additionally, games are provided for everyone to enjoy (Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.)

Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking anywhere on the property may result in $500 cleaning fee to deodorize the home.

No parties are permitted on the premises.
