Inside, enjoy open-concept living, a modern kitchen, and private bedrooms ideal for families or business travelers. Quick access to Downtown, Memorial Park, and the Galleria makes this the perfect launchpad for work or play in Houston.
Living room has a trundle bed, full size on top - twin size on the bottom.
Step inside to an open-concept living and dining area with abundant natural light and modern finishes. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious island perfect for gathering. Each bedroom is thoughtfully placed for privacy, with generous closet space. A dedicated half bath serves guests. Enjoy smart layout, clean lines, and comfort across every level.
Guests will enjoy secure, keyless entry through a smart lock at the private entrance, no need to worry about keys!
**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking.
Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
