Just 30 minutes from Toronto Pearson airport, 15 min to VMC Subway, 2 min to Hwy 407 at Dufferin St, 5 min walk to bus stop, near York University. Tim Hortons, Supermarket, Walmart and many stores and restaurants. 10 min by car and 16 min by bus to the Subway station. Fast Fibre Internet. Two-car parking and a free EV charger nearby. No Pets, parties or events.
