Tucked away on a serene, one-acre flat lot, this beautifully updated mountain retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and adventure for your next family vacation.

The main house has a welcoming open living room with an electric fireplace and flat screen TV. To the left, you have two bedrooms with a shared bath. One bedroom has a king bed and TV, while the other has a queen bed. Both bedrooms include baseboard heaters for extra comfort during the winter months. Across the living room is the primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity. With the barn door closet and flat screen TV, this is the perfect master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with bar seating to look out into the backyard. When entering the mud room, you have access to the single garage. The loft is also accessed from the mudroom and has 3 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
On the back of the main house sits its own private deck or the use of the massive front desk with a fireplace and grill area!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck in between homes, Deck on back side of Main House.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Double Pines Escape is 9 minutes (3.3 miles) from the ski base area, and 4 minutes (0.9 miles) from the Angel Fire Resort Country Club.
PARKING: The driveway will easily accommodate 4 vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
