Kaunis huvila Loft - 6 Henkilöauto Golf cart mukana

Upea loppuyksikkö kaupunkitalo, joka on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä uudesta uima-altaasta, joka vuonna 2012 valmistuu. Tilava ensimmäisen kerroksen olohuone on holvattu katto, taulu-tv, lepotuoli ja rauhallinen näkymä Diamond Lake. Patio ympäröi valtava mäntyjen joka pitää sen tummennetut ja viileä, jopa lämpöä päivän. Ulkona pöytä, tuolit ja grilli tarjoavat viihtyisät puitteet etenkin aikaisin aamulla tai päivän päätteeksi. Avoin keittiö sijaitsee graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet ja on täysin varustettu extrat. Ruokailutila paikkaa kuusi, näkymät veden, ja barstools tehdä tilaa kaksi lisää. Alakerran makuuhuone liitetty kylpyamme, avautuu pieni piha. Uusi 46 tuuman taulu-tv tarjoaa katselu nautintoa. Kylpyhuone on kauniisti laatoitettu ja tarjoaa ylellinen kokemus.

Yläkerran avautuu söpö parvi, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. On kiinnitetty suuri varastoalue joka taloa ulosvedettävä loveseat, sekä ylimääräistä ranta tuolit, rantapyyhkeet, ja aurinkovarjo. Yläkerran makuuhuone sen king-vuode, on tilava ja on näkymä veteen. Liitteenä kylpy on myös kauniisti kaakeloitu ja on Toscanan tunnelma. On suuri kävellä kaappiin lisää tallennustilaa.

Kaiken kaikkiaan tämä laite on hyvin varustettu, tilava, ja on kauniit näkymät Diamond Lake. Hauskaa kalastusta tässä "saalis ja vapauta" järvi, joka on vain muutaman askeleen päässä patio.

We had a great stay at the villa. Plenty of room. We loved having the lake and back patio. The fountain was great to listen to and it turned off for a couple days and we could watch the turtles sun bath up there. The golf cart was great to have to get around. All in all great stay. Will be back.

Beautiful townhome near everything in Sandestin. It is fully stocked with anything you might need. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again.

Everything you’ll ever need

This villa had everything we could hope for and more. Loved the location and golf cart was so much fun. Many restaurants, stores and things to do within a quick golf cart ride. Beach was beautiful. We met birds, squirrels and deer right in our very own yard. We give this property a 10 out of 10!!!!

Anniversary Getaway

We absolutely loved this property. It truly felt like a home away from home. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake, convenient to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants, very clean and safe home, and the golf cart was a huge bonus! My husband and I were able to completely relax during the time we were there. We will definitely look to rent this again.

Beautiful, quiet location near the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. We fished right outside the back patio, walked to the pool, and used the golf cart to get to the beach and to other pools in just a matter of minutes. We cooked most of our meals in the large kitchen. The beds were cozy...overall all great place to stay in San Destin resort.

Lovely Beach Vacation

Perfect location and great beach access, we loved the golf cart. This was the perfect arrangement for my family of 5 and mother (grandma). We enjoyed breakfast on the back patio every morning overlooking the lake. It is walking distance to the pool which was never busy and the perfect temperature. A very relaxing and quiet location within the Sandestin resort. Marilyn was very accommodating and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Sandestin!

One of the most well appointed rentals we have ever stayed at. Full kitchen with everything you need for the week, washer/dryer, grill, fans, full closet full of beach items like chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Perfect location for a short golf cart ride to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the pool from the front door. Super quiet and low key neighborhood which was perfect for our family. Would highly recommend!

Our 2nd year at this beauiful place

This was our second year staying at this beautiful villa, last year we stayed 7 nights which we decided wasn't nearly long enough. We booked this year for 10 nights and were even more excited about our stay. As I reviewed last year my review this year is just the same. You will not be disappointed with your stay here as everything you want to do can be accessed with the roomy golf cart. The house was beautiful, clean and everything you would want in a vacation home. We have found our home away from home with this villa and are planning our vacation stay here for 2017. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!!

Loved the use of the 6-person golf cart; we moved our car one time to travel a distance beyond golf cart trails. The pool was lovely and offered plenty of lounge chairs and room to relax. Pool is close to the townhouse; townhouse is within easy walking distance of favorite breakfast and doughnut businesses. Our children loved riding their scooters on the sidewalks. And the view of the lake out the back was calming and quiet. The blue herons captured the children's attention every day. We have already booked for next year.

Golf cart only worked for 1 day

The golf cart was great for 1 day but then developed a very loud squeaking/popping on one of the wheels. We parked it for the rest of the trip to avoid any further damage and to keep from being stranded somewhere. The golfcart was the deciding factor for choosing this rental. The owner was notified but no partial reimbursement was offered. However, everything else about the rental was awesome. Had the golfcart worked for our entire stay, this would have been our best VRBO vacation ever.

Amazing vacation spot!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our four yr old twins. It was everything we expected and more! The owner was incredibly helpful and always available as I had a few questions at the beginning of our stay. I had no experience charging an electronic golf cart and she guided me through the process. Also, had a brief internet interruption and she was quick to get it resolved. The layout was perfect and allowed enough privacy for all. The furnishings are exceptionally nice. Our kids really enjoyed sleeping in the fish bed every nt. We cooked in the kitchen most evenings and again, had everything needed. Also, we used the grill a few times, which was nice. The beach is very close and easy to get to in the golf cart with all of your gear. They had a closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs. We also used the golf cart to get to and from the wharf, which was so much fun! Another luxury of this place is the ability to go fishing right out the back door. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings out back. The pool is a short walk from the front door. It was the perfect spot to relax for a bit in the afternoon. We have been to a few other places along the Destin/South Walton coast and this is by far our favorite. We were concerned about crowding, but it never felt overcrowded by any means and we were there during the 4th of July wk. The amount of activities around the resort are endless. We will definitely be back for another vacation here!

Great Stay

This condo had everything we needed and the host responded in a timely manner to all our inquiries. It is a great location within a gated community just a short golf cart ride to the beach and pool in addition to many restaurants and shops. There were beach towels, chairs, toys and umbrella for our use. We would stay again!

Family Vacation

Villa us fully loaded with all amenities to make a great experience. From utensils, linens, laundry off kitchen, grill on patio, beach chaira, umbrella, etc. Highly recommend. Short drive on golf cart to beach and village/shops. Owner is very quick to reply and nice to chat with. My family and I had a great experience. Pool is a short stroll away, its a beautiful pool with ample sitting and restrooms. Golf Cart is a HUGE bonus. I actually think it was our favorite part. Do not go to Sandestin withouta cart. The tram service on resort is slow and having a cart, we were able to get aroubd with ease. If we cisit again.m, we would definitely rent this same villa.

Golf-Cart Gang 3.0

This is our third straight year to stay at this property. Obviously, we find the accommodations perfect for our group of six. The closeness to Baytowne Wharf and to the beach, and the convenience of the golf cart are big favorites with our family. Quiet surroundings are a plus.

Great place and location

Great place! Very clean! This place was perfect for our stay. We love Sandestin! Sandestin has the beach, pools, shops, restaurants and ponds to fish all within a short golf cart ride away. The golf cart is a must when staying in Sandestin. The cart made it easy to access the beach, pool or Baytown shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning to stay in Sandestin.

Amazing getaway

This was just as described and more. Lots of room and our family enjoyed the golf cart. A bonus was sand toys, chairs and umbrella. Short drive to grocery store and quick walk to beach. Thankful for washer and dryer as well. Cute patio over looking the pond.

This property is perfect for our purposes. As my son confirmed, “We like coming here because we know exactly what we are getting and everything fits well with our lifestyle.” Such a great location with an attentive host and sufficient amenities. Miramar Beach Vacation

Property is very clean and well maintained, talked to the owner several times during two month stay for minor issues, was always prompt to respond and caring about concerns. Enjoyed the use of golf cart tremendously, so fun to go to beach, grocery shopping, etc. All in all a great place to stay!

My husband and I are from the Conneaut Lake, Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania. We live on the lake and enjoy the water. It is a place where family and friends love to gather and have a good time. We wanted a place in Florida where we all can gather and enjoy the warmth, especially during the cooler months.

We traveled over a good part of Florida, looking for a place to enjoy during some of the cold, winter weather. We were visiting friends, and fell in love with Sandestin. It is a beautiful area and the beaches with the white sand and emerald water were just what we were looking for. There is a lot to do and our children and grandchildren (who love to fish) will never be bored.
Sandestin seems like the perfect place to enjoy the Florida coast.

We loved the views of Diamond Lake from the living room and dining area. The trees in the back make it feel so relaxing and peaceful. Our children and grandchildren love to fish, so the well stocked lake is perfect!
