Home was incredible, the photos don’t do it justice! Three of the four bedrooms have attached bathrooms, which was so great for us. Property was tidy and well stocked with the basics. We really appreciated the layout of the home, as the bedrooms were on one side of the house and kitchen/living room on the other. The backyard has an outdoor dining area, hot tub, pool, and lounge area! The home sits on top of a hill, the sunrises and sunsets are AMAZING!Weirdly though, there were huge dog poops scattered through out the lawn area when we arrived - maybe the maintenance people missed picking them up prior to our arrival. We were in town for a wedding, had to instruct Ubers to utilize the gate code and come up the long drive way. Also, it’s a 15-20min drive to about anything like restaurants, Walmart, coffee, etc.The host of this property was pretty responsive! The property came with a binder of instructions and the typical FYI info, and there are signage and labeling scattered thru out the home. I did find it weird that the Host charges extra to heat the pool and hot-tub during your stay (so read the fine print haha), but since we booked this property in the summer, we only requested to have the hot-tub heating fee added. Would be a great home for a girl’s weekend away, friends gathering for a wedding, etc! Clean, tidy, well furnished - would stay here again if in Temecula!

The perfect family getaway

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house. It was all I needed it to be. My family enjoyed themselves. It had something for all ages. The gounds are amazing. The orange trees and hike in the orchard was the best part. Listening to my daughters laugh and my wife enjoyed herself. I couldn't have asked for a better and more relaxing time. THANK YOU!

Our family’s third time staying at Valencia Estates celebrating mom’s 97th birthday and we can’t wait for the fourth! This is the only place she asks to come back to celebrate each year. Highlights are the beautiful views, hanging out by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets and watching the hot air balloons in the early mornings. Also, picking oranges and making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus! Stephanie is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Thank you for another memorable stay!

Spectacular view and great family property

For our family with children under 15, it was a perfect choice. Massive rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. The hot tub and spa were great. The views from the house and patio are magnificent. It has a well-worn feel that for us was perfect since we have children. You can really have a nice time in this house.

Great place to stay with your family!

My adult children, my one year-old grandson, my 84-year-old mother, and my amazing husband were all able to attend my beautiful goddaughter’s wedding with me in California. My goddaughter‘s wedding party was staying in Temecula so my daughter-in-law found us this house on VRBO. What a wonderful place to stay with my family. Just make sure that you are awareif you want the pool heated, there is an additional cost.

The house is in a beautiful location. Oranges made best juice. House needs updating and little TLC. Master toilet runs after flushing. And pots and pans need to be replaced as many are not usable. We did enjoy our stay, it was very peaceful.

Beautiful property!

The pictures are very accurate! Beautiful home and scenery. Yes, there are mice, but it was quite a game with our mouse patrol and setting up mousetrapsl. (Mice could be better controlled with exterminators in to close up any openings, which we did. Directions to the stovetop would be helpful as we were unfamiliar with this type of stove. Main bedroom shower handle was broken and shower had low water pressure. Sauna light is broken. We replaced the lightbulb, but it still did not work. It was frustrating that there were no dish cloths--plenty of dish towels though! There is no access to walkers through the gate from the inside and we had to climb over the gate to walk on the road.The home is beautiful, sacious, and beds very comfortable! The hosts responded quickly to our emails. We had a delightful vacation!!

Beautiful home with amazing view

Our group had a wonderful time at this rental. The house is larger than I expected with plenty of space. The backyard view is awesome, we even got to see the hot air balloons early in the morning from the yard. Everything was clean and in order. We would definitely book here again.

Great wine country retreat

The house was very comfortable for a party of 7. Close to wineries, within walking distance. It was fully equipped in the kitchen. Pool and hot tub with a view of the wineries was amazing.

Fantastic Experience

Our eight girl vacation was amazing. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stock with anything we needed to eat in. The hot tub was the biggest hit. It was generally used at the start of the day and again in the evening. Our contact for the property returned messages promptly. The pictures listed were very accurate. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great experience while staying in Temecula.

Spectacular views.

The House was located close to the places we wanted to visit. You almost didn’t need to leave the house if all you want to do is relax and not drive. There is so much to do at the house, swimming, ping pong, jacuzzi, billiards, board games, etc.

Disappointed - As others say, house is dated

1. This house is advertised as having “Cable/Directv”. Not the case. When you get there, the house book says “streaming only”. Not much to watch. 2. Two of the four TV remotes were missing or not working. Property Manager said she would have fixed next day and would let us know time this would be done. Neither happened. 3. We had other issues with the home and sent an email without response for 3 days. When we contacted VRBO, the property manager responded within 2 hours that our email miraculously showed up after we contacted VRBO. She stated we should have tried her phone. Without going in to all the details about the problems we had, we will say the bones of the house are nice, the view is incredible, the landscaping is beautiful, the cleaning was great…..but this house should not be listed as “luxury” and needs some repair so the experience matches the description shown on VRBO.

We live in Canada but enjoy to visit Southern CA often. We have visited the Temecula area a couple of times and grew to love the sunshine and great weather. We finally decided to purchase a place to call our second home and while we looked in many areas of Southern CA this home in Temecula felt like our prefect get away 'Paradise'. Since we can only enjoy the home a few times a year we would love for others to see what we love so much about Temecula and feel the peacefulness that this home can offer. We have a manager that takes care of the home and our guests full-time. She has lived in Temecula for over 20 years and can offer tons of advice on what to do in the city or wineries to try! We want you to have a wonderful stay and are committed to provide you with a exceptionally clean and complete home!

Once you enter the gates of Valencia Estate and wind up the driveway you know you are in for something special. The 360 degree view of rolling hills, vineyards, and groves leaves you speechless. The smell of sweet oranges surround you and although you are just about 15 minutes away from the city you feel so far away. We never thought we would be Orange Farmers but 400 Valencia Orange Trees later here we are! Please feel free to pick oranges to enjoy while you stay. We have a orange juicer in the pantry and we think it is just about the best orange juice you will ever taste! Take some oranges with you when you leave, trust us we have plenty!

Valencia Estate is close to all of the Temecula Wineries some as close as 2 to 10 minutes. We love the smaller winery below called Masia De Yabar, they make a great glass of Sangria & have live music on some weekends. We are not able to host weddings or any big events at this home. We can only allow the max occupancy of guests on the grounds and no one additional. There are to be no loud parties outside and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
