Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



With the Parkway three blocks north and a stop for the Gatlinburg Trolley out in front of the building, the Baskins Creek Condominiums enjoy fantastic access to downtown. Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, the Mountain Mall, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center are all within easy walking distance. You'll be one mile east of the aerial tram and skate rink at Ober Gatlinburg, and three miles northeast of the Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Pigeon Forge - home to Dollywood, WonderWorks, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show (among other dinner shows) - is eight miles north as well.
