No pets are allowed. A fine of $250 U.S. will be applied if pets are brought without permission. For service dogs, proper documentation must be provided.
Close the entrance gate each time you enter or leave the villa. Parties are strictly prohibited. A penalty of $1,500 will be imposed for hosting parties.
