This is a multifamily property. Your home is not a shared unit—you’ll have the entire space to yourselves, including the patio. The parking lot is shared with the second unit.



Important House Rules
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for all our guests and neighbors, we require that you read and agree to the following rules.

Guests and Visitors
Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to be on the property. We do not allow any visitors or unregistered guests without prior written approval.
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise should be kept to a minimum during this time.

Health and Safety
No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. You may smoke on the back patio, but please dispose of all butts properly.
Electrical Panel: For your safety, do not open or tamper with the electrical panel under any circumstances.

Pool / Hot Tub:
No glass is permitted in the pool area.
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
All amenities are used at your own risk.

Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly! However, to keep the home in great condition, we ask that you follow these rules:
Pets are not allowed on any furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, etc.).
Please pick up after your pet immediately.
Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or soiling caused by their pets. Additional cleaning or repair fees will be charged as necessary.

Property and Amenities
BBQ Grill: Please clean the grill grates after each use. Do not leave the grill unattended while in use.

Security and Access
Security Cameras: For your safety and security, the property is monitored by exterior-only security cameras (e.g., front door, driveway). There are absolutely no cameras in any private, interior spaces.
Lost Keys/Fobs: A fee will be charged to re-key the home for any lost keys, garage door openers, or community access fobs.
Right of Entry: We reserve the right to enter the property at any time for necessary repairs or maintenance, though we will attempt to provide advance notice whenever possible.

Fees and Rule Violations
Late Check-Out Fee: An unauthorized late check-out fee of $100 per hour (or portion thereof) will be charged, as this directly impacts our cleaning schedule.
General Rule Violation: Violation of any house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
