Guest Access:

You will receive access code to the smart lock 2 days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked closets are for the management/owners use only.

Clearwater Beach — just about 3 miles away — offers sugar-white sand, turquoise water, and lively beachfront fun.



On the beach you’ll find a mix of relaxation and excitement: build sandcastles, swim in calm Gulf waters, or explore the waterfront promenade known as “Beach Walk.”



For family-friendly outings and marine adventures, visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium — a short drive or quick ride away — where rescued marine animals are cared for and showcased.



If you prefer peace and nature, nearby Moccasin Lake Nature Park offers shady trails, a turtle pond, butterfly gardens, and a sanctuary for birds of prey — a quiet escape not far from your doorstep.

Car recommended for flexibility: With Silver Sands being a home rather than a hotel, having a car will help explore not just the beach but also parks, restaurants, and other Gulf-Coast attractions comfortably.

• PET POLICY: There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet) and may have size and breed restrictions. Verify with us before you confirm your reservation.



• POOL HEATER: The pool heater is designed to increase the water temperature by approximately 20–25°F above the outdoor air temperature. Heating performance may vary based on weather conditions, including nighttime temperatures, wind, and rain.

Please note that if ambient temperatures are very low, the pool may not reach desired temperatures such as 85°F or higher, as this is a standard limitation for residential pool heating systems. We will ensure the heater is operating correctly, but specific temperature guarantees cannot be provided during cold weather.
