Thoughtfully furnished and freshly updated, this retreat combines comfort, simplicity, and the charm of a beach town where everything is walkable.

Garage Lounge Access — A Huge Bonus
All CrabTrap guests may enjoy the air-conditioned garage lounge, which includes (Shared Spaces page 9):

Laundry supplies nearby
Clearly labeled storage areas so you can return items easily

Important:
The key to the garage hangs near the front door of Unit B (page 9).
Please lock the garage and return the key after use.

Laundry Access
Laundry is shared and located on the back porch of Unit A (page 9).

Stain remover
Please avoid laundry use after 9 PM to respect quiet hours.

Pet-Friendly
Unit B welcomes dogs under 40 lbs.
Per House Rules (page 4):
Pets must be crated when left alone
There is no fenced yard — bring a leash
Avoid excess wear to prevent additional charges

Dog beach guidelines (page 10):
Dogs NOT allowed in pier area (N. 10th to S. 10th)
Must stay leashed and cleaned up after

Parking
Unit B includes parking in the gravel side driveway, up to 2 vehicles.

Safety: AC Use, Rip Currents & Sea Turtles
AC Use
Keep AC between 72–78°F to prevent freeze-ups (page 5).
Rip Currents
Your manual includes a full NOAA guide on identifying and escaping rip currents (page 16).
Sea Turtle Season (May 1–Oct 31)
From page 17:
Avoid lights on the beach at night
Bring in all beach gear daily
Stay 30 ft from nesting turtles
No flash photography
